Never order from them again! They make things so very painful just to return an item. The sizing was horrible too!! I’ve contacted customer service for two weeks at least 10 times and still haven’t seen progress!”
“I ordered 4 swimsuits 5 weeks ago. After checking order numerous times and it constantly saying order was processing, I did an online chat with ‘representative’. She assured me my order was ready to be expedited shipped and I’d receive an email with tracking number. I’ve yet to receive the email and no one answers my online chat. I’m going to have my credit card company issue a charge back for the full amount. Worst customer service and company I’ve ever dealt with. Yet they continue to flood Facebook with advertisements and sales.”
“I still have not received my refund from two swimsuits. The company makes it impossible to contact anyone. The email they sent regarding receiving my returns is a no-reply email address.”

I will never order from them again. My account has already been debited three weeks ago, but yet the item has not been shipped yet.”

“The absolute worse Customer Service. I have tried numerous times/daily to connect with them regarding returns I have for the past month. Never worn any of the suits, just tried them on. I received one response with an offer to keep them and they would give me a store credit towards more purchases??? but if I really wanted to return the items they provided a link for the returns, which of course DID NOT WORK. Ive tried every day since to communicate with them with no success. They won't respond at all - except when they are emailing me marketing buss s**t. Lesson learned, Never Again. “I received my swimsuits and they did not fit so I returned them. I returned them on February 28, 2025 and still have not received credit on my Discover or store credit. I started a dispute with Discover and Modlily told Discover that they gave me store credit, they did NOT. Now anytime I start a live chat with Modlily no one answers me. Do not buy anything from them.”
“I returned (tried) a swimsuit the next day after i received it. It took them over 30 days to process my order and then I was told it was over the 30 return deadline. A crappy way to do business, KARMA Modlily!!!!”
“Says on website that you get an email in 1-3 days with tracking information. I check my email and there's nothing and its been over 2 weeks !nd all it says is that its processing. Ive contacted them a few times and get no information”

“The suit I purchased was defective. It was sewn incorrectly and needed to be returned. I returned it the day after I received it. after several communications asking where my refund was it took over 30 days to get it back and then they charged me 9.99 to return a defective item.”
“This is a completely sham company. I ordered four swimsuits; two fit me, two did not. I wanted to exchange two swimsuits for other styles per the return policy. I did NOT ask for a refund, but the chatbot was an absolute disaster to deal with anyways. I finally confirmed that Modlily would allow me to return two suits (at my expense) and allow me to choose two new suits. I screenshotted the entire exchange. I asked to be sent an email of the transcript; none was sent. When I got on email, the bot said I wanted a refund of all four items. When I tried to reenter chat, I was told I would receive a response by email. Of course, no email, no way to contact them. I'm stuck with two suits that don't fit. Avoid this company at all costs.”
