“Horrible customer service. I bought three swimsuits. I needed to return two. They say you can exchange them once. Every suit I picked out for exchange it said they were unavailable yet I could put them in my cart to purchase. So then chat helped me slowly. It took a good hour. I sent them back and they are offering me $10 credit!!! They said one of them stinks. The one I didn’t even try on!! I never wore them. I don’t even try the one on. The bottoms had a pinkish tinge and I thought they looked wierd. Now they won’t help me. I want them to send them back. I know they will resale them. I left the paper in them. I did everything right. Don’t buy from this company.”
“(1) There sizes are very wrong I wear a medium and ordered a large just to be safe I can always take up but not let. I couldn’t even get them on. They are swim suit it’s more like a Xsmall or a zero😡 (2) I wouldn’t even try to return it took 7 weeks from the day I ordered to even get them. I’ve not got the rest of my life to try and get a hold of an idiot to return them and then wait to be credited back. 1st time ordering last time this company is a rip off can’t get a hold of anyone ever.”

“The swimsuits and clothing that I have purchased from Modlilly have been good quality at reasonable prices. And they offer discounts off on top of the already low prices. Customer service has been easy to work with, and they do all they can to keep the customer happy. I’ve ordered from them a number of times. Be careful on what size you order. It’s important to read their sizing guidelines. It helps.”

“Same as most other people. Bought two tops, paid with PayPal. Got a message that one top was out of stock. Most companies would refund your money immediately. Not this company. They want to give you a store credit but they do have an option to withdraw the funds. I’ve been going back and forth with them for a month. Finally today I filed a complaint with PayPal. I also did finally receive the second top and of course it’s too small. Sent it back and waiting for a refund. I will NEVER do business with this company again EVER. Buyer beware.”

“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. First of all, it takes almost a month to get your order. Once it arrives, you learn that it is extremely cheap quality and does not look like it does in the advertisements. When you return it, you have to fight for a refund. I am still trying to get my money back and I sent the items back with tags the day after I received them, unworn and in the exact shape I received them in. I requested that the refund go to my original form of payment and instead was given a credit to their online store. Again, I made it clear that is not what I requested and do not want it and they are still trying to convince me that is my best option. It is not. I do not want to purchase their sub par clothing. I can't believe I got roped into doing business with this company. Do not waste your money or time. Extremely aggravating customer service. I am still fighting for my refund. If you go on their site and read the five star reviews, you will notice the photos are all of the same woman, and are submitted on the same day. I wish I had looked at that first. The reviews on any site aside from their own are terrible.”
