Mailed the return with Modlily label on 4/19/2024. It was delivered on 4/26/2024 after going to California and then New Jersey. I asked for a refund. Modlily repeatedly offered a store credit. Finally got a refund on 5/22/2024- almost a month later. But the refund was $17.18 on a $32.36 purchase. Modlily said they discounted the price of the top and also charged for the return. Their policy says nothing about discounting new merchandise that has never been worn and was quickly returned.”

“Ordered clothes on 4-12-24. It is now 5-24,and have never received. I attempted to cancel this order and the company gives one excuse after another that the package is in transit. Last response from them was that the package was delivered so if I didn't receive it,to look on neighbors steps for it. I wish I would have looked at others reviews before I purchased. Contacted Modlily and was told a refund would be issued, but true to the negative comments, none was issued, though the bank now is investigating the fraud perpetrated. Modlily will NOT provide the initial chat, though it is to be automatically delivered to the email address when the box is checked on the site, obviously hiding the fraud of false promises. Other chats were saved, but Modlily still insists on offering a customer account with the balance paid for the non-existent items. DO NOT ORDER! THIS IS FRAUD! I invite Modlily to do the right thing and REFUND THE MONIES AS PROMISED.”
“I purchased three dresses for a very special occasion. They came and they were too long the day they arrived. I tried them on they were really pretty but like I said too long. So I put in the request to return. I put them back in the bags and I packaged them and got them ready for return. I put them in the mailbox the next day and sent them. Modlily received them and said that I would not get a refund on one of the dresses due to a peculiar odor. I don't understand how one dress can have a peculiar odor and the other two didn't very disappointed. And no, I do not want a $10 coupon to buy anything else! I knew I should have went with my gut feeling when I ordered the dresses. Lesson learned.”

“I placed an order on April 2 and paid for it. I was told the 2 items were in stock and should be shipped by April24-29. Delivery date was May 3-13. I ordered these items for a special occasion almost 2 months away. I still have not received the order. I have only been able to contact them by online chat. I have been told the same story twice now, the order is on its way. When I asked for the shipping info it said it was on it way to USPS. I think that means that it has not shipped! So disappointing as I have ordered from them before with good success.”
“sizes they list are much larger than expected. The large blouses I ordered we more of an XXL size with other retailers. Returned the shirts with RMA, return process/online forms are a bit confusing. Called their customer service to make sure the size requested for exchange was MEDIUM. Now they send me emails telling me the exchange requested was Large. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STILL WAITING ON NEW BLOUSES.”
