“Saw a bathing suit I liked while scrolling Google nonsense and it was Modlily. Placed my order, then decided to read the reviews. Well, this terrified me. But.. fast forward, got my order! The bathing suit is PERFECT! Perfect sizing too! Color is so mine! I'm very happy!”

“This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. So many bad experiences with them. Anytime something did not fit, I sent it back for exchange of sizes. Lots of times, they didn't have what I needed but yet I still had to spend the money on the return label even though they are the ones that didn't have the exchange item in stock. The last time that I sent something back, I opted for store credit instead of a refund. They owed me back $60 minus the return label and they only gave me $26.79. There was nothing wrong with the items, they were never worn, still in original packaging. They were no different than my other returns/exchanges. They basically stole all that money from me. When I emailed them to make it right, they just ignored my email. I will NEVER buy from them again and I'm putting the word out for others to do the same.”
“Original order May 29, now Aug 6. 31 days after original order, tracking number indicated delivered, but I didn't get the package. After several emails, tracking was updated to lost in transit. Eanacy then reprocessed the order. Now, after 32 more days, tracking again indicated delivered, but no package, again. Emailed customer service, but no response yet. I have asked repeatedly for contact information for the delivery service, but it was never provided. I am beyond frustrated. USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon all deliver to my address with no problem. So to conclude, I can not speak to the quality or sizing of the clothing, as I still have not received my order.”
“I never subscribed to this business and still they send unwanted emails after I tried to follow the UNSBSCRIBE procedure many times. They must have stolen or bought my private email address somewhere and don’t stop to send emails after I asked them in chat to do so. Their cheap merchandise doesn’t interest me and would never. It’s cheap quality and I would never buy that flee market stuff. I will also report them to Apple since they pretend to have an app. Unbelievable”
“Shipping took forever then items didn't fit, had a weird smell, and were cheap material. Requested return. Had to pay for the return. I tracked the return and it says it hasn't moved from the post office. I find that hard 2 believe. It's been over a week that I sent it back. Horrible company. Don't waste your time”
“Very dishonest company. I paid for express shipping and they sent with USPS Parcel Select. I asked to refund my shipping, the agent said she would open a ticket and refund. Two business days later, I still have not seen the refund.”

“I ordered my wife five dresses. Three of them weren't what she thought they were. I followed the instructions that Modlilly sent me. Their website says the once the "returned items" are at the refunding center, my account would show the refund in five days. That was several weeks ago. Modlilly has messaged me saying that they never received the dresses. I had a return label on them and they weren't returned to me. I know they have to be at some warehouse or else someone took them as their own. I sent the dresses back in the plastic bags that had the items' numbers on them. I now have received a message that they can't be found and suggest I contact the shipping company I sent them through. It was the United States Postal Service. I am now out of around $100 and going through chemo treatments and the cost of that, I am upset I threw that much money out and that Modlilly now has my money. I will never order another item from this company. I highly suggest anyone wanting to order from them, take a serious look at to what happened to me.”
“Oh my God they're trying to charge me $15 for shipping for one $35 swimsuit !!! and they keep saying I'll get two more coupons for shipping then!! I don't want two more coupons. I don't know if I'm ever gonna order again - at this rate I am not!!! I have gone back-and-forth and back-and-forth with Customer Service and they just act like they don't understand and then they just keep saying OK coupons we get you five dollar coupons ! which means they're gonna charge me $15 for three coupons for three orders. I'm only placing one order !!! oh my God. And in the meantime, I haven't gotten the bathing suit they haven't sent it because we've been going back-and-forth. I told him to just cancel it but they won't!!”
