“BUYER BEWARE! Believe other’s reviews. They take forever to send you your order. Even though they advertise free returns they charge you shipping and will credit only a fraction of what you paid. Their clothing is not well made—hanging threads, cheap material. Save yourself the headache. Buy elsewhere.”
“Bathing suits are very poorly made, and the material is terrible. I never wore the two I ordered and returned them promptly. After numerous chats, they are refunding back to my original credit card, minus $20 after being told I would get everything back except label fee. I will NEVER order from Modlily again!”

“Sent me defective merchandise and a bathing top that was too small. I sent them pictures of both. They sent me a label to use. Mailed them on June 27th they received on june 30th. I have not received anything. I had bought a bathing suit a year ago and they are trying to say it was that one and too late to send it back. I told them that suit was hanging in my closet as I am writing to them. Their mad because i put a review on trustpilot.

“I ordered a swim suit 3 weeks prior to the date I needed it for the swim party. I figured it would be plenty of time to exchange it if needed. It showed up the day before the party. Didn’t fit the way I hoped… no time to exchange. Was given two different dates for delivery… didn’t arrive on either date. To me, that lacks integrity. I will not order from this company again. Not worth the wait.”

It has been stuck for 2 weeks and 2 days and they have done nothing. Ridiculous. They say that 240 people ordered the same item within 24 hours. Are they all stuck as well? Shop locally.
