“Buyers beware - no one at the company speaks English and you will have ZERO meaningful interaction with this company. They ship via DHL and I'm not sure if they speak English either. Despite requesting that my package be left with no signature, they did not leave it. They were supposed to deliver the next day between 3pm and 5pm and did not. This is NOT like ordering from Amazon - I ordered on February 12, needing delivery by Feb 22 - no way to track the package, no one knows anything.”
“Returned 3 swimsuits within the allowed time. Had only tried them on once and decided I didn’t like them nor the quality. Used the return labels. Had to provide own boxes. Received notice that they were DISCOUNTING the amount I paid on two plus charging an abhorrent amount for the postage they also discounted. On the third suit they said it had a “peculiar” smell. No way! I was freshly clean when I tried on all three at the same time. Because of that they said I didn’t qualify for refund on the third but would give me $10 STORE CREDIT. They returned zero of the money for 3 swimsuits, gave less than a third of what I paid as STORE CREDIT (no way will I ever use!) and kept all the merchandise. I’m sure those swimsuits are already on their way to new, unsuspecting customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Scammers.”
“I canceled an order immediately after making it, got a letter that they would credit my account and a week later there is no refund to my PayPal account. They are a scheister company like most advertising on facebook”
“Don't buy from this China business. I tried to return a jacket that had runs in the material on both sides of the jacket. I spent over a half hour with customer service sending them pictures of the faulty workmanship and told me they would only give me 20% off my next purchase. I would have to be insane e to purchase anything else from them. I have read numerous other complaints against them. I wish I would have investigated them before making my purchase.”
“I ordered four sweaters on November 23Rd, as of today, December 17th. The website does not even show my three items as processing. I have spoke to customer service twice with the same answer they will urge my package to be sent to me. I asked for a refund for the three remaining items since they were Christmas presents and they will not be here in time for Christmas. Neither customer service rep could answer my questions about the refund or when exactly my items will be shipped. The only answer they could give me was soon. The first customer service rep said that they I would be receiving an email within 24 hours regarding my request for a refund one week later I still don’t have the email. When I called today, the customer service rep said that I would get a response to my email within 12 hours, and shocker. I haven’t gotten the email, I am very upset and will never order from this company again! So, if you have a timeframe that you need items shipped, please beware that you’re not gonna get them in time.”
