“I received a shipment that was trashed. The products weren't even in the box. The box was just in there. I reached out immediately. I was asked for an address for a replacement. I gave the address. Never heard back. I have reached out over 20 times and have yet to receive a refund. It is month later and then are asking for additional pictures. Who would keep damaged products for a month?!! Horrible horrible customer service.”

“I’m 67 years old with thin, natural curly hair and my hair doesn’t grow! I’m trying the pills, shampoo and conditioner, mask and spray; 3 months later I have baby hair and it’s easier to manage but I’m still on the fence about actually growing length. I’m going to give MOERIE products a year to work. I don’t like the fact that I can’t talk to a live person because my orders have been all over the place and confusing.”

“I never used to care too much about my hair. I mean, I wanted it to look nice, but I wasn’t the kind of person who had a whole routine. Just shampoo, conditioner, and that’s it. But last year, my hair started changing. It got thinner, drier, and suddenly, I was seeing way more strands on my brush than I ever had before. At first, I thought it was stress. Work was crazy, and I was barely getting enough sleep. But no matter how much I tried to “just relax,” my hair kept looking worse. It lost its shine, felt rough, and no product seemed to help. I started looking up hair growth tips, trying oils, masks, DIY treatments… nothing made a real difference. One night, I was scrolling on my phone, and I saw a before&after picture of someone who had been struggling with hair loss like me. Her results were insane. Shiny, thick, healthy hair.
