“As a disabled person is it such a relief to know that the Molly Maid girls will be arriving every week to keep my home clean so that I am not embarrassed when I have visitors. They are all really kind, cheerful and very professional.”

“Very pleasant staff, love the smell of my house after. Shame there are bits missed such as cobwebs in high corners and dusted around some items instead of lifting them up, such as books or DVD player. These are the only points I have noticed other than that everything else is great”

“Two agreeable and presentable ladies, Kaylee (if that is the spelling) and a young lady whose name I did not catch arrived spot on time and after a short chat set about their tasks, which were acccomplished in very good time, and their experience shone through in many ways. i did take the opportunity of describing to Kaylee what a molly was a number of centuries ago and why when I heard your company name (well before the present) I was amused. My apologies for taking so long to submit this, but recovery takes a time.”

“Generally well cleaned, could be more thorough in places (e.g under sofas, on wooden floors - often dirty marks still visible after they’ve been mopped). Overall a good job though.”

“I have a chronic illness which means some weeks I can do very little housework because of the pain. Having the house cleaned from top to bottom once a month is a huge help!!”

“Come to think about it I feel we need more time to get 'to know each other, so far there have only been two visits and although Donna and Donna have done a good job on both occasions there are still stuff there needs to be worked at. So please lets come back to the subject a bit further down the lane.”

“It was generally a good clean however I’m not sure it’s worth the expense as dust was missed on some surfaces and an open cupboard in the kitchen, the bathroom floor was still dirty, the dressing table in the bedroom still had marks on it and cobwebs were missed from a spotlight to a beam in the main sitting room. Normally these things wouldn’t worry me but i’m Pointing them out due to the cost of the service. However all arrangements and admin have been excellent. Julia Tappin Thanks”

“A bit disappointed with dusting and hoovering. Areas clearly missed or not thoroughly done during first two cleans including behind downstairs loo door, skirting boards, blinds and lamp shades. Expected a really thorough job for the not so cheap rate.”
