“I found booking my driving lessons and test through Momentum Driving School to be both easy and convenient. All correspondence was managed by helpful and polite staff, who explained the process well and ensured I knew exactly what to do at each stage in the run up to my intensive driving course. They put me in touch with the approved driving instructor for my local area, Michael Aldridge, who lead my assessment session and all subsequent lessons. Before starting, I was a little worried that I may struggle with the 4 hour long sessions every day, thinking my driving would suffer if I got tired. It did not work out that way at all. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my lessons, and taking frequent breaks from driving (to discuss and practise manoeuvres, or to go through vehicle safety questions, or just to have a drink and natter for 5 minutes) enabled me to stay alert and rest my legs a little! I did have previous driving experience with another instructor, but lacked confidence in my abilities. However, almost immediately I found this was no longer an issue during the intensive driving course, in part due to the sheer volume of driving and thus progress achieved in such a short space of time, but mostly due to the reassuring manner and coherent guidance by which I was taught. My instructor, Michael, is a first rate teacher and an exceptionally nice guy. I would wholeheartedly recommend his tuition. My overall experience was absolutely excellent. Passing my test first time, with no driving faults is just the icing on the cake.”

“COWBOYS BEWARE woman on the phone hasnt gotta clue what shes doing absolute div took my ten pound quick enuff i booked an hour assesment for a friday at 4.00 clock got ready for it no one turnt up checked my email to get the number to ring (would be nice for them to ring me eh)and it said your assesment is booked for monday(make ya mind up) so i get ready a seconded time and guess what NO ONE TURNED UP WTF?? oh well at least there consistent so 20 mins after these cowboys didnt turn up AGAIN i had to ring them (again it would been nice to ring me ffs)and the woman starts chatting rubbish about oh im goin to find out where she is??and ring me back then 20 minits later still havent heard from the cowboys i had to ring them (see the pattern forming here)and basicaly the woman didnt even have a lame excuse she just waffled on about il get her to ring you I DIDNT BOOK A PHONE ASSESMENT DUH so i thought im not getting any where with these charletons so i rang back to get my ten pound back and the woman BLATENTLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME thanks for getting my hopes up and excited about passing my test then letting me down twice and not giving me a refund LEARN HOW TO DRIVE IN A WEEK???? LOOOL YOU COULDNT EVEN DO THE ASSESMENT IN A WEEK YOU MUGS,HOPE THIS PUTS PEOPLE OFF SO THEY DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH ALL THE BEST...”

Simon, Your assessment lessons was scheduled for today but due to a clerical error the instructor wasn't informed so didn't arrive as planned. For that I appologise and would have happily offered you a new slot free of charge. However when we called to speak to you our staff received a torrent of verbal abuse from you that was both unnecessary and unacceptable. Your payment for the assessment was refunded immediately once we were aware of the issue. I wish you the best of luck with your lessons elsewhere. Mark Hall Managing Director Momentum Driving School

“Allan is a fantastic instructor who takes a genuine interest in the needs of his students. The course was very clearly set out towards achieving an excellent standard of driving, addressing my individual needs. There was no pressure from Allan, only encouragement, and because of this the course was not only informative but fun! Please pass on my thanks”

“Wanted to pass my test fast, so went to them and offered me a assessment lesson within 2 days, they did it with no gimics and had the intensive course and test in 5 days which was easy to do and they were helpful when we rang up and spoke to them, and passed first time with only 1 minor so well pleased and the best choose I make. Thanks Allan and thanks momentum.”

“So happy that I decided to go with Momentum! I had tried learning to drive twice before but found it too difficult to book regular lessons which worked with my routine. With Momentum I had 30 hours spread over three weeks, my driving instructor (Dave Jennings) was brilliant and I felt completely confident by the time my test came around. I've just passed with two minors and am happily on the roads! Huge thanks to Momentum for allowing me to just get on with it and get it done!”
