“After a false start due to the first instructor leaving the company a day after my assessment lesson I contacted Angela about a week later to enquire what is being recommended But unfortunately Angela informed me my instructor had left the company but Angela being the kind lady that she is rearranged a new assessment lesson free of charge due to the inconvenience caused I then ended up with an instructor called colin meagher he done my assessment lesson and within a week I was on my intense course started on the Monday followed by Thursday Friday and then the Saturday with my test which I am very glad I pass very big thank you to Colin for all his help and to Angela”

“Before discovering Momentum Driving School, I had been with other instructors who I didn't feel comfortable or confident driving with. I wasn't the most confident driver but wasn't the most nervous either. For a number of reasons I found myself not looking forward to my lessons with them. I became confused and found their separate styles of teaching difficult to understand and adapt to as they all had different ways of teaching. I felt myself feeling very anxious and nervous before and during my driving lessons, which wasn't that often. Usually once a week, which wasn't enough for me. However, my Worcester based Momentum Instructor, Phil Stone, was helpful, calm and put me at ease right away. He didn't shout, snap or get angry like my other instructors used to, he was always complimentary and he instilled belief in me. He even bought me a drink and had a break mid way through each session. He was easy to get on with and have a laugh with also. Even after my first day I felt so much more confident and positive thanks to him, his encouraging words and demeanour. I felt he was the right instructor for me, which made all the difference and was something I didn't feel was the case with my other instructors. At the end of the first day of my intensive course, which was Monday, he said he had no doubt in his mind that I would pass on Friday. He was right and I passed first time to my relief and delight. I had improved mentally and with my driving skills throughout the week and had a good feeling about the test. I was a little nervous on the day, as can be expected and got what I like to call now as the Snow White result...a pass with 7 minors. Ha, ha. I can't thank Phil and Momentum Driving School enough for their professionalism and patience during this process and I would recommend them to anyone looking to pass and to become better drivers. Thank you.”

“I was sorted with an assessment lesson really quickly; I got on well with the instructor and Momentum helped organise a quick set of lessons. I did a block of 8 hours over 4 days and then the remainder in the days before my test. I passed first time!”

“I was finally able to overcome my life long fear of driving and was able to drive with confidence thanks to my amazing instctor (Phil doidge). I was able to move my test forward by a whole month thanks to the lovely Angela in the office, who has been so, so helpful throughout. Although my instructor was away on this date, Angela managed to find me another instructor (Phil hall) to take me to my test. I was incredibly nervous about going to test in a different car with a different instructor, but he was incredible and so nice that I forgot about my nerves instantly. I am so glad I booked this course through momentum. Everybody has been so kind, friendly and efficient that at 30 years of age with a life long fear of driving, I have just managed to pass my test!!!! Thank you to everyone at momentum, you have all been great!”
