“At first my experience was okay. All my questions were answered, the ordering process was easy. Once I chose my breast pump & got it ordered that’s where everything went south. They use FedEx as their shipping. FedEx lost my package, said I had no tracking number with them or anything. Mommy Xpress promised me call & call to get the situation figured out & I never received a call back. I was the one that had to keep calling & unfortunately I had to get rude & stern about ordering me a new breast pump. I did have another one ordered very quickly, but the promising of I’ll give you a call back & it never happened is what makes me upset.”
