“Ordering was relatively easy, but then a random number texted me (not the same number that texted order confirmation, so had no idea it was this company) asking if I had a pump, I answered that I’d already ordered and with no further response they apparently cancelled my order, assuming I meant I’d ordered one elsewhere. I finally called when my pump hadn’t arrived in over a month and that’s when I found out my order had been canceled. Once it was straightened out, it came within a few days but frustrating, disjointed experience overall.”
