“I had to fill out the application 2 times. Because the first was not received. Delivery was fast. But this was a pump that was supposed to be completely cover by insurance & now mommy Xpress says I have a balance due and I can’t get any information other than to contact billing. They have no email address to contact and their live chat was no help at all. Something that is supposed to be as easy as ordering after providing insurance information, turned into something stressful.”
