“My experience with MommyXpress was a positive one! I received my Spectra pump and milk storage bags. My only reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 was the delay in receiving the pump. After several weeks since first hearing from a MommyXpress representative, I was notified that they had reached out multiple times to my provider for a prescription, and asked if I could contact them for the prescription. I did so the following day, and my provider said the prescription had been sent weeks previously, but gave me a copy to submit again. I submitted it again and received my pump a few days later. By the time my pump came, my baby was 2 1/2 months old. The prescription had originally been sent when my baby was only 3 weeks old. Thankfully, I am a stay-at-home mom and did not have the time pressure of needing to build a stash of pumped milk by a certain point.”
