“An agent contacted me via text about ordering my breast pump. My original due date was 1/10 but I went into labor on 1/3. I got a message on 1/4 about my free pump and I told them I actually needed it sooner as I was about to leave the hospital the next day. They sent me options to choose from and they guided me through the process of choosing a pump. They got my order in and it was delivered the next day when I got home from the hospital.
