“Well, the over-all quality is good. The embordiary was a lovely touch. I am giving 4 stars because I wanted the same waffle robe that I was custom to in our Hotel. It was a waffle style - thick - heavier - better made and better quality then what I received. I am guessing the company was bought or trying to save on the expense of better - softer material... Either way the robe is lovely. I would not say ots anyting like the ones at the hotels and they should offer a disclaimer if hotel vs whole are different. Cheers!”
