Thank you for your comments. I am unsure why you ordered this product if you did not want the satin finish. That is what this product is. We have another product with a waffle exterior, but you did not order that one.

“I slept on these sheets at a hotel, and they were the softest, most comfortable sheets I’ve ever slept on. Once home I ordered them and haven’t used any other sheets since receiving them. I ordered the King size sheets for my King sized bed and find that the fitted sheet is very oversized. I like a tight sheet and find it impossible to get that because they are so large. If as large as the King size, I almost feel like I could have ordered a Queen sized bed set. If not for this I would give them a 5 star rating. I have recommended them to several other people who have ordered them and love them!”
