“I purchased two 14oz hooded robes that we like very much after the following events. After I ordered, I never received any shipping information, and after a few days, I emailed and asked if I could change my order to 16oz robes. No answer from anyone. A few days later my robes arrived, again, without any shipping information being shred with me at all. The package had a tear in the outer plastic, and also the plastic the robe was in. The robe had some ground in dust/dirt that I was worried wouldn’t come out in the wash. I emailed customer service again, and asked what I should do. Days later, after no response, I washed the robe that was dirty in hopes that it would come clean. After two washes and liberal stain remover, it is perfect. Monarch Cypress sells a great robe. But their customer service is terrible.”

Hi, I am not sure what number you called. We were closed between Christmas and New Years so maybe that was the reason. “Well, the over-all quality is good. The embordiary was a lovely touch. I am giving 4 stars because I wanted the same waffle robe that I was custom to in our Hotel. It was a waffle style - thick - heavier - better made and better quality then what I received. I am guessing the company was bought or trying to save on the expense of better - softer material... Either way the robe is lovely. I would not say ots anyting like the ones at the hotels and they should offer a disclaimer if hotel vs whole are different. Cheers!”
