“I received a semi-finished robe that had no Monarch, size or care instruction label on it. The robe was also missing its tie belt. While Monarch did send a tie belt, they did not honor my request to exchange the robe for a finished product, complete with labels. It makes the robe feel second hand, so consequently, I will not be giving the robe as the gift it was intended to be. Disappointed.”
“The communication on the shipping and delivery status was not desirable. The 3rd party doesn’t provide an item description with its made up tracking number (that isn’t an actual shipping number) and then used the word “Completed” during the halfway mark that created confusion that the item had been delivered when it hadn’t. I disputed the item with my credit card because the phone number that was provided didn’t identify the company and said only that the recipient was “on vacation and not able to take my call”. That alone is horribly unprofessional. The follow-up was not owning nor apologizing for any confusion or inconvenience. Finally I received an email with a real shipping track number. I wouldn’t use this company again. I loved the product, but it wasn’t worth the hassle or poor communication. This was an order for more than $200 of merchandise… I think you could do better.”
