“I experienced these sheets at a resort last fall, and tracked them down on line. I ordered a queen set for Father’s Day, and 2 twin sets came in mail in a week or so. I went online to ask about returns and a week went by with no reply. I went back online to try again and took twins to ship back. $23 dollars for slowest UPS. When I got home, I got an email saying they were shipping me a label for return and shipping correct order. We’ll see if they refund the $23 shipping for incorrect order. I can’t wait to put the sheets on my bed!”

“I got one of the hooded terry robes for my wife for our second anniversary, and she LOVES it, and she better, considering the price! Thick, heavy, and PLENTY of room! My only complaint is the price. $100 for a bathrobe is absolutely extreme, especially when it only comes in 1 color. It's not electric, doesn't tie itself, and doesn't even give massages. It's just a bathrobe. Good thing I'm only celebrating 1 cotton anniversary in my life. Enjoy the $100.”
“Nice robes but wish they came in different sizes. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and my husband is 6'5" 185 lbs. On me the robe is floor length but I could wrap it around me twice. It fits my husband perfectly. We got the diamond monogram which you can't see when I'm wearing my robe but it's perfectly visible on my hubby. They are plush but I do have several stray strings of yarn hanging off my robe. Will cut them off...hopefully they won't run. The monogram is very nice. Overall we're pretty pleased.”

“I was looking for a large size robe. i only found one 3x. I am glad I was able to figure out how to find it but it took a little while. it was confusing to me on whether a 2x would have fit but i would rather have it bigger than not fitting so i went with the one 3x. It does fit and is working well. Some of the others seemed like they would have been softer though.”
“The employees were extremely helpful. The first phone call I told (? not sure ?) that the robe was enormous and she suggested I return it and order a smaller size a medium. I received great instructions from Susan and returned the robe for an exchange for a smaller size. The replacement arrived today, but instead of the kimono robe, I received a full length robe (NEVER MIND) * * * I just hung up from speaking to Susan and we have it all straightened robe.
