“I am very disappointed in this purchase. My husband spent a wonderful four days at the Omni Mt. Washington Hotel in NH. The robes we were given were delightful! Really plush and comfy! I decided it would be nice to have one at home so I searched Monarch Cypress and thought based upon the description that I had found a robe that would be comparable. Well, there's no comparison! The robe I received lacks the thick soft plush lining and comfort of the robe I used at the hotel. It is made cheaply and it shows.”
I am sorry about your experience. The robe you ordered is in fact the same robe as used in the Omni (although they use white ones). You are more than welcome to return the one you have and send it to my attention and I will check to see if somehow you received an incorrect item. Thank you Ashley
“I travel a great deal and I love having a toweling robe to put on after my shower every day. The problem in the past is that the robes available, have been too bulky to pack. Not so with this robe. It is just the right amount of weight and with compression packing, it works great. I am away as I write this and it was been an absolute pleasure having it with me on this trip. I love this robe!!!”
“The robe is luxurious and well made, well worth the money; however, the size large labelled "one size fits most" is voluminous, suited for someone around 6'2" or taller and 225 lbs+. The sleeves are at least 6-10 inches too long for my size. I can only supect that the medium is much more likely to fit most people. (Interetingly, an older version of this robe labelled one size its most, fits me perfectly, while this one is huge). Unfortunately, the robe being this large made it ususable for me (5'11" and 180 lbs), and I gave it away.”
“I ordered because I loved the bathrobe at Omni in San Antonio,Texas. the outside shell is the same but the terry lining is not the same weight or texture. Seems more cheaply made. I am a little disappointed in that, but I still love the bathrobe. The terry seems to be made out of synthetic instead of cotton like the other one. Im hoping this observation will help somebody.”

Unfortunately, you ordered the incorrect item. The Omni uses our style 770 which is lined in polyester plush (totally synthetic but very soft) The robe you ordered is lined in 80% cotton/20% poly blend which does not feel as soft but is much more absorbent. That is why your robe does not feel the same.

“My favorite sheets I have ever owned! Soft and silky. I love the feel. I discovered these sheets in a hotel in Santa Fe and tore the bed apart to find the label. If they ever decide to make these in colors I'll end up with way more sheets than anyone needs. As it stands now I wouldn't consider using any others.”
“I ordered the grey microfiber in charcoal from my husband and it is so cozy and comfortable. It’s well made and I had his name monogrammed on it . He loves it so far. There are no washing instructions but I washed it on cold water and low heat dryer and it came out great.”
