“I found this robe ar the Sagamore hotel and fell in love with it . However, I needed an XL. Most hotels carry OSFM( one size fits most). So , i ordered from website, monogramed and got my robe in 1 week. It was a perfect, beautiful robe, but the inside terry , although nice, wasnt the butter soft plush inside the robe at the hotel. Apparently, they order both types. So, I contacted Stephanie at Monarch and she worked out a mutually satisfying solution to get me the plush version. Once its monogramed, you can’t return it. However, although i have 2 robes, I was more than satisfied with the solution. Get the plush version, its butter soft. I love it. “I wash my sheets weekly and every sheet set I have had before this point has not withstood the test of time. My sheets will start to get the fuzzy balls on them and lose their softness. I was in a hotel and these sheets were on the bed. I absolutely fell in love. So far these sheets have been great, very soft and have been fine with several washes. Only thing I don't like is they only offer white.”
