“I was expecting the same level of quality as the towels I used at the Highlands Inn but that was not the case. These towels were smaller after washing and less absorbent. Also, they were much more expensive than towels of similar quality I just purchased at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Overall, I'm disappointed in my purchase and will buy towels in the future from other retailers.”

I am a big guy, but not huge, and normal "XL" robes don't cover me all the time when I am sitting and crossing my legs, or lounging around and changing positions. The 3XL Four Seasons robe is huge and keeps me covered no matter what. And it was $30 with free shipping. AND it is all cotton! I wouldn't be able to buy this size, all cotton, and this quality ANYWHERE for $30. I bought one each for my two sons, and several people who read my blog bought one. I went a bit overboard and bought 7 more for myself. At $30 I can give them to guests in our home to take with them! As I'm writing this, I'm tempted to buy more. I had ordered a robe for my wife, but when it arrived I wasn’t sure It was the model or size I had intended (I was trying to duplicate one that I had seen during a hotel stay). I sent a question via the Contact Us page on the MC webpage. My usual experience communicating with a company via their Contact Us is that 75% of the time I never even get a response. But in this case there was a reply within a couple hours from Carlo, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He had checked to confirm that my robe was the same one our hotel used and offered to set up an exchange for different size. However, by that time I had tried on the robe myself and liked it so much I decided to keep it for myself and ordered a second one for her! MC might be a big company but this was thoughtful, personal service. Thank you!”

I ordered a set of monogrammed robes as gifts and they were such a hit, I just ordered another set for a couple's 50th anniversary. Perfect gifts for almost any occasion.
