“I like the watch its looks and how a simple look of the watch reflects a class that the watch brings. But my own concern was with the set up for the hours and minutes was a little difficult. I wish it had a crown to deal instead but over a beautiful watch.”

“Well, it keeps time and that's the point. There were no documents or manual/instruction in the package. I had to request it online and was provided with a basic PDF for time and date adjustment. Wish I understood ahead of time the watch strap and battery are only to be replaced by a professional. I'm a do it yourself type person. The strap doesn't have enough holes so it's too loose on my wrist and the watch constantly spins. Overall not happy with the purchase and I wore the watch so I can't return it.”
“This watch is truly lovely---including the glacier-fed lake color of the face. Appreciate the simplicity and Swiss manufacturer. However, it comes with no directions (even a quick guide) as to how to adjust the metal watch strap. If you dig deep, you can find a video on the Mondaine website that more or less describes the process (for a different watch). You need a tool and very strong fingers in order to do it (hard to press into place). Once you go through that, all is good.”
“The timepiece Grand cushion in blue is a very nice watch and I originally wanted a stainless band watch but I honestly like the blue band with cork. The stainless option is just a standard band made for many watches, it’s not that great. I wish the red hand moved with each second that passes but that is for the chrono function.
This watch is just stunning to look at. It would look nice in a brushed steel look I believe.
The price was way higher than I expected to pay for a wrist watch but I haven’t seen anyone with this style and I liked it. Bringing the price down would help you sell more watches for sure.

“You sent me a 16 mm watch band replacement, when I apparently need a 18 mm band, which means I have wasted $45 on a watch band that doesn't fit my watch. All the 18 mm watch bands appear to be sold out. While I have worn the Mondaine Swiss railway watch forever and love it, this transaction has very much disappointed me.
