“My Mondaine watch has been turned in for service multiple times. It stops repeatedly- new battery, old battery, it makes no difference. It is unreliable and I have quit wearing it. It’s a big disappointment.”

Ordered a watch, which was supposed to ship the next business day and arrive in 2 days according to the company website.
Label was created same day of purchase but watch never shipped.
“Customer service” lied and said FedEx had the package to ship, but the status never changed, Mondaine’s proof being a status order screenshot - which wasn’t even my order number!
“Customer service” provided no further help and I left numerous messages, none of which were returned.
I asked for a refund as nothing was happening with the shipping and I was told I couldn’t have one as FedEx had the package.
After almost two weeks the package ships - clearly FedEx didn’t have the package as they don’t just sit on shipments.
After two days the status changes to returned.
I have never received a refund.
I have heard nothing.
Bottom line - my money has been stolen by Mondaine.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THIEVES.”
“You sent me a 16 mm watch band replacement, when I apparently need a 18 mm band, which means I have wasted $45 on a watch band that doesn't fit my watch. All the 18 mm watch bands appear to be sold out. While I have worn the Mondaine Swiss railway watch forever and love it, this transaction has very much disappointed me.
