“Here I go again Monses are you little thief wish I could put the picture up so everyone can see money want in to my account but my account has not been used at all and money is missing it's so funny as hell no one is still picking up the phone calls at all or getting back to emails or replying to Conversation on the app as well maybe they only work 10 minutes a day Trustpilot needs to add Pictures so members can put pictures up so everyone can see that it's not lies at all it's been over 36 hours and no reply on email or on the app conversation I started with them they have not sent the money back to the original that came from they can't said the account been closed as I can see it on my app and so can my wife it's a joint account that's why they will never be a good bank as they never around to talk to customers or take calls or reply to emails at all or talk to members on the app chat so what's the point having the bank app up and running if you lot dont care about your Customers at all I been trying to call you lot for over 4 week now as you can see my review I think they need to start getting hit with fines then maybe they will start doing the jobs or close the bank app for good I don't care what one happens as long one of this things happens to Monses soon”
