Terrible company to deal with. They say you can change your direct debit date, but when you do they then mark your credit file as a missed payment. You gotta be joking dealing with companies like this. No end of trouble. And if you ever have the misfortune of going to court then be prepared for moneybarn fraudsters signing county court claims forms in bogus names. Trust me, it happens. This company needs serious investigation.

DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR! DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!! AVOID - THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND MISLEAD YOU!! I HAVE SPENT THE PAST 12 MONTHS REBUILDING MY CREDIT SCORE AND FOUND I WAS PRE APPROVED ON MY CLEAR SCORE ACCOUNT, I APPLIED AND INSTANTLY HAD A PRE DECISION ADVISED BY EMMA IN SALES THEY ONLY REQUIRED MY DRIVING LICENSE AND FURTHER INFO OVER THE PHONE. EMMA ADVISED THE NEXT STEP WAS TO SEE IF THE GARAGE FOR THE CAR I WANTED WAS APPROVED, BRILLIANT THAT ALSO PASSED. SHE ADVISED ME TO GO AND VIEW THE VEHICLE AND IF I LIKED TO PHONE HER THEY WOULD PROCEED TO “PAYMENT STAGE” I RAN AROUND WITH THE OWNER OF THE CAR GARAGE, MY BABY AND HUSBAND TO MAKE IT IN TIME IN RUSH HOUR TO PRINT AND SIGN MONEYBARN’S CONTRACT AND THE GARAGE DIRECTOR HAD TO SIGN A DOCUMENT TOO. I ADVISED EMMA I HAD A CAR RENTAL OUT THAT IF I RETURNED AND DIDNT GET MY NEW CAR BY MONDAY I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET TO WORK OR CHILDREN TO NURSERY, SHE ADVISED IT WOULD BE WITH THE PAYOUT STAGE BY MONDAY READY TO COLLECT MY VEHICLE. SO I RETURNED THE RENTAL I HAD AS SHE MADE ME HAVE EVERY BIT IF CONFIDENCE EVEN AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT THEY WERE PAYING OUT AND I WAS IN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. MONDAY CAME AND I LIASED WITH THE CAR GARAGE MYSELF AS MONEYBARN WERE NOW NOT KEEPING ME UPDATED ANYMORE. THE GARAGE DIRECTOR ADVISED AS SOON AS HE RECEIVED MONEYBARNS CALL THAT DAY HE WOULD CALL ME AS HE WAS AWARE ID PUT A £400 DEPOSIT DOWN TO AS ALSO ADVISED BY MONEYBARN ON THE SATURDAY PRIOR. I HEARD NOTHING FROM EMMA, NO RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS UNTIL MONDAY EVENING AROUND 5PM A DIFFERENT ADVISOR CALLED AND ADVISED THAT I NEEDED TO PASS DATA PROTECTION LIKE I DO EVERYTIME I HAVE PHONED OVER THE PAST 8 DAYS AND SHE SAID “NO SORRY YOUR DATE OF BIRTH OS WRONG WE WILL HAVE TO RUN ANOTHER CREDIT CHECK” PARDON! IVE SENT YOU MY DRIVING LICENSE WHICH INCLUDES MY DOB RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I WAS “ACCEPTED” IVE BEEB TOLD EVERYTHING HAS GONE THROUGH AND IVE SIGNED THE CONTRACT, BEEN TOKD TO PUT A £400 DEPOSIT DOWN AND ADVISED TO RETURN MY RENTAL CAR. IVE ALSO PASSED DATA PROTECTION EVERY SINGLE PHONE CALL AND NOT ONCE HAS AN ADVISOR OR EMMA MENTIONED THIS DURING ANY PRIOR SEARCH. I FOUND MY AUNTIE DECEASED LAST WEEK SUDDENLY AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 49 AND WAS BURGLED THE SAME WEEK WITH MY X2 VEHICLES STOLEN AND HARD EARNED CASH I DID NOT NEED ANYMORE STRESS RIGHT NOW BUT MONEYBARN CLEARLY LOVE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABILITY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU THROUGHOUT THE WHILE PROCESS AND MISLEAD YOU. THE CAR GARAGE I USED ARE DISGUSTED TOO AT MONEYBARN AND HAVE ADVISED THEIR LOCAL GARAGES OF THIS SCAM AND TO AVOID EVER ACCEPTING BUSINESS FROM TIME WASTING MONEYBARN AS I WAS LUCKY I BECAME FRIENDLY WITH THE CAR GARAGE OWNER AS MOST PEOPLE PROBABLY WOULDNT EVER SEE THEIR DEPOSIT OR ADMIN FEES EVER AGAIN. I HAVE EMAILED EMMA ASKING FOR AN EXPLANATION JUST OUT OF GOOD HUMAN NATURE BUT SHE CANT EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY AFTER BARE FACED LYING TO ME THE WHOLE TIME TO CALL ME AND EXPLAIN HERSELF OR HAVE ANOTHER ADVISOR DO THIS. EMMA PROCTER!! 2AM TUESDAY EARLY HOURS I HAD 3 MESSAGES FROM MY BANK TO ADVISE FRAUD HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED ON MY ACCOUNT, WHAT A COINCIDENCE AFTER SIGNING OVER ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS. MY MOTHER IS A LAWYER AND MY UNCLE WORKS FOR THE MEN NEWSPAPER I WILL ASSURE YOU EVERYONE WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THESE THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN - THE STAFF DEFINITELY DO MAKE THE COMPANY IT IS TRUE WHAT THEY SAY. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU YOU NEED TO CONTINUOUSLY CHECK YOUR CREDIT FILE AS THEY MAKE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT THEY COULD ATTEMPT TO CHASE FUNDS THEY NEVER PAID OUT - FRAUD / SCAM / LYING AND MISLEADING AVOID PLEASE PEOPLE!!!! * IF SOMEONE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT OR FINANCE JUST TELL THEM DO NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE LIKE THIS IT IS ILLEGAL *

The finance was settled months early. They miscalculated the settlement figure then after the agreement finished reported me to the credit reference agencies for late payments. Despite their assurances that they would rectify the issue they have not done so

Psychopathic company; (no seriously, PSYCHOPATHIC!!); who go that extra mile to make sure you are culpable under the agreement you 'sign'. Truly theirs a culture of dishonestly which form the spine of the entire company, and they will go to court and blame their sh*t on you - in front of your face! Even the director fraudulently countersigning the agreement, after 18 months,- yet failing to disclose the same. - and maintaining the false narrative, in a court via their 'senior litigation manager' - if any ambiguity remained about their intent. also They withheld the 'audio recording' of the original "contract consideration" with their broker Motormart Limited t/a CarFinance 247 - which evidenced that the agent for CF247 blatantly misrepresented the agreement payment schedule at the start. CF247 would circumvent the S.A.R. in this regard. Also Their broker providing them with a false invoice, claiming the disputed vehicle was purchased from them (CF247), when it was purchased evidently from a fourth party. I since established this.. ahem.. inaccuracy related to the vehicle 'Title'. - when subsequently proved as false, they changed their story, - and on their way crashing down incredibly (tried) to blame the reason for their fraud on me, the customer. - when it was them who contrived the same, during the original Financial Ombudsman Service complaint. Their senior litigation manager also ripping out court document that supported my case, and proved their culpability - stating "this case is for return of our vehicle"; - not a legally recognized mechanism, notably my "counterclaim". Truly this company is waaay to desperate for your money, or you liability; and if you stick up for yourself the mask WILL come off! The FOS were not much help in this regard, either; as they clearly failed in their investigations (AS ABOVE); and were disinterested in the truth or the relevance of the truth, thereafter.

I was given wrong information from the start, and it changed at each department I was passed through to. The departments don't talk to each other so I had to do all the chasing. I ended up cancelling my order with them.
