I spoke to a young lady today because I was having problems setting up my registration. She was extremely tolerant,helpful and competent but above all she came over as wanting to help me overcome the problem I was having. Thanks again, - unfortunately I never recorded her name but if the rest of the service is as good I'll be well pleased I joined MoneyPlus Energy, regards Tony

I am just in the process of switching providers. Money Plus Energy have been quick in responding to my questions both on the phone and via email. Far better than the previous supplier has ever been. I realise it is early days but I am impressed thus far

My experience with MoneyPlus to date has been excellent. I moved from British Gas concerned about the move and I had nothing to worry about.... great service.

Switch took place last weekend, all good. Have been emailed twice for meter readings, but was unable to email them. Believe there was portal issues. However I phoned instead and found your staff extremely helpful and polite. When I asked for my peak and offpeak times it wasn't a problem. First time ever I've been given them, when asked for. Excellent.

Spoke to customer service who answered the phone quickly and helped me to read my meter. Very good correspondence and they have kept me up to date with everything that is going on.
