“I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but after reaching out for help they would not budge on their restocking fee and paying return shipping. The product I bought was misleading. And did not come as pictured and not clearly defined.”

“BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. We returned a fire pit to Montana Fire Pits on 12/5/23 and followed their instruction with the RMA return numbers. The have stopped communication by email and phone once they received the product and have not returned the money.”

“Of our 16 logs, two have broken in two weeks. We are moving or handling them, they just appear broken in half in the firepit. Replacement logs take 3 to 4 weeks. Quality is poor and replacement is longer than the initial order. Not recommended ...”
