“Not sure if my 5-star selection "took." Montessori Services deserves this rating as I have called on many different occasions. Personnel who fielded my questions by phone and by email responded professionally, even under such dynamic and unforeseen conditions. “All arrived, although some items were backordered. Things arrived later than expected because of that. It was a shame so many items were not in stock when order was placed, especially when (probably) most orders are being made for an upcoming school year.”

We apologize for any delays you may have experienced. In most cases in-stock items ship within 2-5 days of the receipt of the order (transit time is additional). Out-of-stock items may take longer depending on availability. We do try very hard to communicate when an item is expected (updates are also available on our website). I see that your last order was shipped the day after it was placed but the one prior to that was for an item that was out-of-stock and it was delayed for three months. Again, I'm very sorry. Your satisfaction is important to us.
