“Easy ordering. Arrived on time. My 5 year old grandson loved the snow shovel. Perfect size and weight. He tore up white paper and sprinkled on the floor so he could practice his shoveling technique! He also liked the astronaut puzzle. Age appropriate for him.”

Dear Cathy, We are so sorry that you have not received your backorder yet. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be to wait. We dislike backorders as much as you do. When you ordered this item online, it did indicate that it wouldn't be in stock until October. Unfortunately, the shipment has been delayed again and it is now not expected until early November. Dear Patricia, I am so sorry that you have not received your order. I have had Customer Service look into this matter. While there are times of the year when shipments may be delayed because of a high volume of orders, this does not appear to be the situation with your order. If something like this ever happens again (and we hope it does not) please don't hesitate to contact us directly and we will remedy the situation to the best of our ability. Meanwhile, Customer Service was able to cancel the order. Your card was not charged. We are still unsure why this item wasn't shipped but I assure you that we are looking into it. “The ordering progress and delivery were fine. The book was not what I was expecting. I probably did not read the description carefully enough. The shipping fee was exorbitant for the size of the book I received.”

Dear Anonymous, We are so sorry that the book wasn't what you expected. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. You may return any item for a refund or exchange. Our shipping tiers are determined by dollar amount. The more you order, the lower the percentage. Many of our items are non-standard sizes and some are quite heavy so we must find an average. Shipping charges should never be a surprise and should have been clearly shown during the checkout process.
