“When I am considering quality gifts for my grandchildren, I think of Montessori Services and always find so many great offerings! The process of ordering has always gone very smoothly. I was impressed this last time how quickly my package from them arrived, since mailing in general has been slower. I'm very appreciative of the care that goes into choosing their products. These are items I don't see other places. My grandchildren are pleased too!”

“Montessori Services was the only online shop where I found the items I was looking for. Even though I ordered during the pandemic (with shipping delays) AND during December (the holiday shopping period), they got my order to me in time for Christmas. I emailed them to check on my order and they got back to me promptly.”

“The products are great. The only issue I had was customer service. I ordered 2 Junior Ramp Racers to give to my niece and son for the holidays. I only received one but was charged for 2. I reached out multiple times via email and never received a response. I wound up having to get a different gift for my niece and was never reimbursed.”

Dear Kristyn, I am so sorry that one of your items was missing. You should have been sent another right away or been offered a refund. It's unusual for Customer Service not to reply promptly. We are looking into this. It is possible that the email got missed or wasn't delivered but that still is no excuse. I just reached out to you directly to see if you would like a replacement or a refund for this item. I do hope you will give us another chance. “I ordered the Pouring Water Exercise for my daughter for Christmas. When I took it out of the package to wrap, the porcelain pitcher was broken. The box was completely intact, as was the plastic wrapping around the pitcher. I emailed the company asking if I was able to get a replacement and they never reached out regarding my inquiry. I finally just threw it away and will try to replace the pitcher on my own.”
