Dear Lauri, I see that both of your orders were placed on our website. Each order was for a different vegetable chopper design. As these items have similar names it appears the wrong item may have been selected during the ordering process. I'm very sorry that you had to order a second time to get the item you were hoping for. “I ordered yard and garden equipment (rakes, hoe, shovel) for my 8 and 5 year old grandchildren. I was amazed at how well constructed the tools were. Like adult tools, but smaller. The kids love them.”

Dear Julia, We are so sorry that your shipment took so long to arrive. Our records show that we shipped your item within two days of the receipt of your order and that it was shipped by USPS. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over their transit time. This year has been an extremely unusual year. All freight carriers have been overwhelmed and delivery times have been longer than normal. We do hope this will improve in 2021. Again, our apologies. “Loved the quality of the packing and the labels for the sets. I also enjoyed getting notifications about back- ordered items. But it is frustrating that it has been 2 months and I have yet to receive everything from my order. However, I do realize this is due to COVID. A couple of dishes were broken and the pencil sharpening kit is missing the extra replacement blades.”

Dear Tiffanie, Thank you for your kind words about our products. Though we try very hard to prevent it, sometimes items are missed during packing and/or can break (or be damaged) in transit. “Customer service is nonexistent. Purchased a wooden tape measure for my kids and shortly after we received it, it developed a 3-4 inch long crack. Wrote to customer service asking for a replacement and never got a response.”
