Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. Pleases accept our apologies for not replying in a timely manner. We have tried to answer every message promptly, we have had a huge spike in orders in the last few months and seem to have missed yours. We recommend a serving of up to one packet (15 tablets) per day, as this will give your daughter 25% of the recommended daily intake of Calcium (200 mg). This amount of calcium is a similar amount to what your daughter would receive from most calcium supplements. However, depending on the age of your child, many parents of preschool age children find that one or two tablets at a time work well for a treat or snack. “Moo Chews taste very good, and the flavor variations are great, however kiddo didn’t like them. He said they were too powdery and he didn’t like how chewy they got in his mouth (would stick to his teeth).”
