Dead, dry, would like to say flowers, however it was more of a road side collection. seemed to have forgotten to put any flowers in, apart from the headless and dead ones!!! DISGRACE YET AGAIN...how do you tell your loved ones not to send you flowers and waste their money on this company with no customer engagement apart from staff reading from scripts! disgrace please find an alternative and stop feeding this company. Flowers 0 service 0 customer service 0. this was the 2nd bouquet in a row I have received that went straight in the bin...only because they would not stay in the vase they fell straight on the table! ABSOLUTE TRASH

I ordered a card and mug on a Tuesday and Moonpig distinctly said it would be delivered by Thursday. It arrived on Friday, a day late. Also on the box was a box of sweets that my daughter had ordered completely independently from me and so the recipient thought that both gifts from me. They shouldn't promise a delivery date if they can't keep to it and gifts from independent people should be boxed separately. Not very happy and wouldn't recommend them.

At least 6 cards I sent to my son and his family in Singapore failed to arrive. I only found out a few days ago when I asked my son why he hadn’t sent a thank you message. Moonpig’s response is for me to contact the mail service in Singapore and that it’s too late for a refund. Appalling customer service. I will never use this company again. They take your money, you pay high airmail costs and then nothing is received. Mouseybrown60

Card came damaged, late and torn, how disrespectful. Terrible service, I have sent email to request refund, but they don't answer the email, guys girls don't use this service it took over a week to arrive and damaged.

I received a gift pack from Moonpig… I received a gift pack from Moonpig sent to me by my son which cost £32. I received a small bunch of dead flowers, A flat balloon and a box of chocolates that you could buy the equivalent of in a local pound shop.I made a complaint to Moonpig directly who were unwilling to make any sort of amend unless they received a photo of the product. I explained that I'd thrown the products away as I didn't really want to keep a deflated balloon or a dead bunch of flowers. I don't think that's unreasonable? Moonpig customer service is appalling, their gift sets are overpriced with extremely poor quality products. The word 'RIP OFF' springs to mind. Buyers Beware. EXTREMELY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered a moonpig card for grandchild’s 18th They responded quickly to my qu via the website and the product arrived in good time yesterday it’s exactly what I ordered I’d use them again no worries

The flowers i ordered looked nothing like the flowers advertised Yes it contained five roses but the rest of the flowers were very sparse and disappointing

One of my cards never arrived, also I found I was charged foreign exchange fees, even though this is a US transaction. Queries to MOONPIG customer service resulted in a nice email that says they will be responded to in 24 hours. That was OVER 10 days ago.

Well done MoonPig NOT! Congratulations on managing to send the wrong card to my Brother In Law for his Birthday! Now I know why I haven’t used you before or will again. I expect a refund and the correct card below to be sent ASAP! Some other person will also be getting the wrong card! How has this happened? Please respond ASAP, prior to my media comments. N.S An unhappy customer! Waiting for your response!

Absolutely shocking quality from Moonpig and shocked to see such flowers provided as a Birthday Gift that resembles flowers from a grave side a week after being laid!!

Never order from Moonpig!!! They don’t deliver the cards when they are supposed to or at all sometimes. Contacting customer service is just a joke as they take two weeks just to write you back and even then don’t care about fixing the problem. I gave them another chance and the exact same thing happened. Never again! They have lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends who use them to never use them again either!

Just had flowers delivered from my son Mr Tristan Southway for my birthday. I have to say I am in tears...The amount of money you have charged they are absolutely disgusting and only fit for the bin. More foliage than flowers and one spray of lilies all the heads are off.!!He will be in touch with you when he comes home off his holidays I wouldn't give you any stars. I don’t really want to give Moonpig any stars as they don’t deserve any!! I ordered a pamper box for my pregnant friend for her birthday as a nice surprise and thought if it fitted through the letterbox it would be there waiting for her. I was notified the gift was sent however my friend was rather surprised to receive a spiced rum box!!! I rang up Moonpig to ask how they would resolve this issue and I wasn’t even apologised to. The supposed customer service person was very rude and basically accused me of lying and wanted evidence of the incorrect parcel being delivered. I did do as my friend had kindly sent me pictures. The customer service advisor told me they could only resend the parcel, not send anything extra to my friend to make up for the mix up and told me they had to send the other box back before they would give me a refund!! They went to resend the original box and it was out of stock and unable to send an replacement. So my friend is without a present (she can use) and she can’t be sent the original order or a replacement. Absolutely horrendous company and complete lack of customer service!! I will never use again. The situation could have been rectified with an apology and for them to send my friend the original gift or replacement. Would that have been so hard???

Paid £4 for a card and seven days later, it still hasn’t arrived. Their birthday has been and gone. Definitely not using these guys again!!

I use to use moo pig all the time. I won’t use it again, I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered a mug in memory of my stillborn daughter I have just had. It arrived and not only was the mug broken so was my heart. As her picture was smashed to pieces. I complained twice heard back two weeks ago. They said will take 1-3 days to resend another, it still hasn’t arrived. I’m disgusted with this company right now through such a hard time too. Next time I will be ordering of funky pigeon and hope they don’t smash my daughters mug.

Would not recommend to anyone card and flowers didn't arrive ordered 13/8 now the 17th no response from email as they are busy dx say the parcel is out for 1st delivery so not even left yet, how fresh will these flowers be absolutely useless customer service small claims on the horizon
