Bad quality flowers. They start to droop and die within a week. For £25 I'd expect a better life span than 7 days. Also, they use DPD to deliver them. The driver won't wait a few seconds for the door to be answered at the care home and will leave the box outside in the rain before driving off. Moonpig took DPDs side and said they followed their (DPDs) policy and thought it was OK to do this because the item wasn't damaged. DPD didn't care either.

Absolutely terrible. Sent me somebody’s Mother’s Day card instead of a birthday card. I complained. Five days later I get an automated response saying is your complete still valid. Insulting. Absolutely will never use this company and I hope nobody ever sends me another card from them

Absolutely disgusted with Moonpig. I will never use them again. My Husband ordered flowers & a card for his Mother for Mother’s Day. Plenty of notice given. They took the money, but we’ve had to spend 2 days trying to find out where the flowers & card was. First call when Moonpig decided to answer their phone was on Sunday morning. (19th March) and we were told the flowers were lost in transit! RUBBISH…..the order hadn’t even been processed! Moonpig, if you can’t deliver on expectations or you have issues with supply chain, don’t offer the service in the first place! Absolutely disgusting. Only offered a refund, or the flowers and card to be sent 2 days late, without any apologetic email or reason from the woman who took the call. Basically…..she couldn’t be arsed. 😔

Ordered card and flowers for Mothers day. They didn't arrive on time. They didn't arrive the next day. I then received a message to say they now cant be delivered. No refund offered. No real notification of alternative arrangements. Terrible customer experience. Would not recommend.

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers and specifically left a neighbour's address for the flowers to be delivered to which Moonpig acknowledged by email. The delivery email said the flowers were left inside my mother's porch which is impossible as it's locked whenever she's out. The flowers were left out the box in the pouring rain and when she finally got home and opened the box most of the flowers were ruined and had to be thrown out.

Wonder mum flowers! Absolute joke, showed up battered. Buds falling off broken stems and look absolutely nothing at all like the picture. Felt so embarrassed giving them to my mum for Mother’s Day. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your money

My son ordered a mother's day card last Wednesday, paying extra for next day delivery. It never arrived. Having read other negative reviews, it seems they shouldn't be in business. Hope they actually do go out of business.

Do not use!!! Twice they did not provide the service I paid for. Customer service chat was useless, offered a refund in 5-10 days and a gesture which I refused how can a gesture replace my 92 year old mothers card and my sister in laws card and gift. Never again. They should close them down

The bouquet of Mother's Day flowers arrived today, great delivery service but wow, for £40 plus £7 for delivery, the 'bouquet' of flowers (or should I say a very small bunch of flowers) were very disappointing. The flowers received must be worth £5 or at a push £10... i would have been better off buying them at a local grocery store. One very disppointed Moonpig customer.

Worst company going this is the second time I have not received my card for special occasions even tho I ordered in advance and last time I will ever be using moonpig again . No way of contacting them apart from talking to a useless virtual assistant that doesn’t resolve issues

Not fit for service, they should not take orders if they cannot do the service they are advertising.

I would 100% NOT recommend Moonpig. Please use M&S or Next deliveries for flowers whose customer service is ranks above Moonpig. We placed an order of flowers and card - 5 days before delivery is due. We contacted less than 24 hrs after to change delivery address and Moonpig cannot accommodate this. We would ideally liked to have cancelled order but understand the goods are classed as ‘personalised’. Moonpig it’s not that you can’t change the delivery address it’s your policy not to! Beware of online businesses that DO NOT have phone numbers to speak with anyone, should have realised, given there is only an online chat option which is not sufficient in urgent circumstances. If you are experiencing a high demand, ensure you have enough advisors to cover peak times like Mother’s Day etc. Order: 230749P4K99. Fyi, Moonpig, DPD say you CAN change the delivery address but it needs to come from Moonpig as the contract is with you.

I ordered a card And Prosecco well in advance for delivery Friday 10th March. I received an email on the Friday 10th March advising that the delivery had missed the post but to be assured it was being sent out that day and would arrive the next day. Not to be hasty I left it a few days but by Wednesday 15th the item still had not arrived. I checked my order online which was showing as:currently being printed and due for dispatch on 9-3-2023. So I contacted them. This was their response: Thank you for getting in touch with us here at Moonpig. Your order for xxxxxx is currently being printed and due for dispatch on 9-3-2023. If you need help amending or cancelling your order please reach out to us via chat. Just wow!! I was asked for feedback on my recent contact with customer services which needless to say was not positive. I still have not heard back and my items still have not been delivered.

Rubbish. Delivered 6 days early. Flowers were in rubbish condition. Looked like a cheap bunch you would get from a petrol station. Will never order from Moonpig again. I have used them for years but their customer service agent - Habib-was insensitive and did nothing

I ordered chocolates and card for my mum for Mother’s Day. The box turned up without the chocolates. I contacted Moonpig using live chat which was useless. The advisor said that there was nothing they could do as the label on the box showed that the box weighed 200g when it was packed which meant that the item must have been in the box. I disputed this and the advisor ended the chat. I contacted moonpig for a second time and received the same response. If they do this to even a few customers they are making a lot of money for doing nothing and are ripping off children.
