“the simple fact that i can input my own words, poems and comments onto my cards is absolutely fantastic. The preview before confirm, ensures i don not mess up too much. Posted straight to person, and even a reminder when birthdays etc are due. This has saved my bacon, quite a few times.”

“I ordered a large custom birthday card with a picture an paragraph in it and i absolutely love it! The card arrived on time an it looked exactly the same as the preview i loved this i will definitely recommend it to people and use it again.”

“Received birthday flowers and after 2 days some flowers were badly wilting and nearly dead. More greenery than flowers in bouquet, and even this was shrivelling on 3rd day. Poor quality lilies - only 2 buds on one stem, and 3 buds on another. Wouldn't recommend to use Moonpig for flowers. Very disappointing.”

“I received flowers that looked like the ones Tesco are throwing out on a Sunday afternoon, dying after 1 day, broken/snapped flowers and more greenery than actual flowers, hate to think how much my friend spent!!!”

“My daughter sent me some flowers yesterday. Disappointed with them. Lilies are tight closed 2of the sprays of pink flowers were broken and the greenery was dying. Will tell my daughter not to bother again”

“I ordered flowers and a card for my niece for her 13th birthday. A week before her birthday my sister decided to take her daughter away so I rang Moonpig to ask if I could change the delivery address. I was refused, despite adequate notice. Flowers will be arriving and left on the doorstep for a week. Furious! What a waste of money! How hard is it to change delivery address?!”

“My friend had bought me Flowers For my birthday, the flowers When delivered were chucked over my side gate!!!! The flowers seemed to be ok thank god, the flowers were lillies in which ONLY 2 opened up and all the others remained closed and dropped off and died.. this is such a disappointment as my friend would have paid a lot for these flowers. I will not be recommending moon pig, I would just stick to selling cards.”

“Flowers dumped outside my sisters house isnt acceptable. Voucher codes dont work even though you apply them within minutes of receiving them. Dont waste your time”

“I ordered a card for my daughters 50th birthday on 29th July. I got notification to say it was posted first class on 28th. It has just arrived 1st August. No good to me now. Straight in the bin. Will never use moonpig again”

“I ordered flowers and a card for my wife to be delivered on our a Wedding anniversary. As nothing had arrived by 2.40 I contacted moonpig on their chat line. I was given a tracking number that revealed the items had been dispatched but no ETA. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the phones were not working The card and flowers arrived just before 6.30pm.as we were about to go out for a meal. I emailed their uk MD Nickyl Raithatha but after 3 days have had no reply. Even if this chap is away its customary for an officer of a company's emails to be monitored. I consider this ti be bad manners and poor customer service”

“I have used Moonpig many times, especially over the last 4 months and have been delighted with their service. I placed an order on the 1st June for a large birthday card and a bottle of champagne to be sent to my goddaughter on her 40th birthday. The card arrived on time but no bottle of champagne materialised. I have written to the company 6 times requesting an explanation but to date, no one has replied to one of my emails. Very, very disappointed.”

“Total waste of time and money. Had a card sent for a birthday well in advance. Its been 4 days since birthday and still no card delivered. Rubbish service after having paid £7 plus for a straightforward card and postage charge. Would've been better off just posting it myself as usual. A lot cheaper too!!”

“The “bouquet “ for want of a better description consisted of 11 pieces of greenery - 3 roses only two had heads on - 2 daisies - 1 Lilly and two ( not sure what ) tiny buds on a long stalk- 14 bud heads loose in the packaging -no doubt they cost my son a few bob I have not told him of my disappointment as he lives in Chester and is not likely to see how poor the flowers are however I feel strongly that you should contact the supplier and ask for an explanation - in the past on occasions I have had Moonpig Boquets never have they been as poor as these I do hope you will take this supplier to task - regards Doris Tolfrey”

“I received my flowers on the 16th July & on the 18th they are all wilted & looking nearly dead, I received 2 other bunches from local florists & they still look very healthy, very disappointed with moonpig !!”

“I found that I could not remove my name from the address details when sending the card to a named address. Tried the chat line immediately, to no effect. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Answer was nothing could be done. Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. This company seems to be staffed by robots not human beings.”

“This company has never let me down. It's easy to order, I use the App, the cards arrive very quickly and the quality is great. On occasions I have had to contact customer services due to my errors, they email straight back and are customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I received a lovely pink box as a gift for my 50th birthday but when I opened it the bottle of Prosecco I was sent was lying on top of the unprotected rose plant in the box, the plant was therefore squashed and half dead with buds already falling off & dry soil spilling out. What should have been a lovely surprise was very disappointing. I tried complaining via the online chat service as I did not want to complain to my friend but was told there was nothing they could do without the Order number and they were extremely unhelpful. It was a really bad advert for moon pig all round!”

“I ordered a lovely anniversary card and I put some of our pictures. I received the card the next working day. The card was lovely with amazing photos quality. I am so satisfied with this order. I highly recommend you to order from this app for any occasion.”
