Made the mistake of ordering a dozen (not cheap) red roses from Moonpig. Arrived looking shabby with two broken stems - I emailed immediately asking for refund or replacement. Nine days later they replied to my email saying my email address wasn't correct (?). No offer of refund or replacement, no apology made. Won't be using again and am deleting account.

My moonpig account was hacked on 3rd Feb and £140 worth of orders were placed. I managed to intercept and cancel orders before they where sent however payment was still going to be taken which i understood but expected it to be straight forward and my money to be returned. I am still waiting for my refund 11th March. Iv contacted them numerous times and still getting fobbed off and told it will take 10 working days. In my eyes they are as bad as the people that originally hacked my account.

My husband kindly sent me a bouquet of flowers through Moonpig.com for my birthday. I don’t have the heart to tell him they are the worst flowers I’ve ever received. All of the lillies were snapped in two, they’ve never opened up and the roses were half dead when the arrived. I will NEVER order flowers through Moonpig. Avoid.

Website is a joke on mobile. Slow and unresponsive. Them trying to shove so much extra tat on top of your card purchase makes it even slower.

Just received flowers for my birthday from a relative. The flowers were crammed into a 'through the letterbox' box, consequently leaves were broken and some of the buds had fallen off. The flowers are also dehydrated and limp. I have put them in water to see if that revives any of them but I don't hold out much hope. I feel so sorry for my relative who has sent the flowers because Moonpig has let them down. Having read other reviews I would agree, DON'T buy flowers from Moonpig if this is what you get.

After ordering an item. Twice I cancelled straight away that was beginning of Feb still. Waiting on refund been in Contact twice and still no money

I had flowers delivered to me for my birthday a lot of the heads broken off and rest not looking good. Remaining flowers in bin after 3 days. I wrote to moonpig twice but not even the courtesy of a reply. I will never purchase from their site and make sure nobody else I know does either. Beware how you waste your money and disappoint people if ordering.

Not recieved for my sons 40th birthday today ordered early asked to be delivered day before on 5/3 still not received on 6/3 and missed his birthday absolutely disgusted especially as I cannot see him due to COVID, first time using moonpig and last

I ordered balloons and flowers and a card for a special birthday in April they sent the balloons the next day despite putting the date for April on the order When I tried to cancel the order two hours later I was told I could not cancel as my order had been shipped

Will never use moonpig again, I’ve used this site for ten years and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience but has put me off because of the way it was handled. I had ordered a card and bottle of Prosecco for my friends 70th and realised just after ordering I had made a mistake with her name so I went into my account to change it and re order, but both orders got taken out of my bank account charging me twice, I tried to ring, no luck so I sent an e mail explaining what I had done, all they could do was offer me a free card, both bottles and the same cards arrived at my friends house, I cannot believe no one picked up on it. Very inept and expensive.

I ordered my Godson a card and attached a Gift 2 weeks ago for delivery to be made this week for his 10th Birthday on 6/3/21 only to find the Card was Stuck in Printing and the Gift was out of Stock even though it was available when I placed my order well in advance! Been on online chat to Jamie who said I could choose another item and he would send the items out on 5/3/21 but there's no guarantee of my Godson receiving this on his birthday so I've cancelled the order and deleted my Moonpig AccountđŸ˜¢ Moonpig could have easily emailed me to ask me to choose another gift but I've had to find this out myself, not good, feel let down & will not use them again would rather use Thortful.com!

Never order flowers from them. Sent as a gift to relatives and they are rubbish, half dead and a rip off. Avoid . Never return back . Picture online is not what you get

Three Xmas's and my lovely niece would always send me a Moonpig bouquet, and lovely thought which I really appreciated, and never wanted to hurt her feelings that they were terrible when they arrived and needed throwing out two days later - every single year. However, she turned up at my house three days after Xmas and asked where her flowers were - they were already in the green wheelie bin. The cat was out the bag and I told her not to spend her money on postal flowers again as they simply weren't worth her hard earned money but that I was overwhelmed with the thought! A total rip off!

The personalised T shirts are very bad quality. Worn a handful of times and all the picture has bubbled and disintegrated. Nothing can be done as it’s over a month old. Which tshirt only lasts a month.
