Poor quality flowers for Mothers Day. Some flowers turning brown when they arrived on Friday, and one lily head broken. Too much greenery.

As the last lady previously said. I can absolutely echo her review. I haven't the heart to tell my lovely son and daughter in law. Dreadful. Dry,broken, crushed and yellow. I threw at least 6 stems away.

Have received a bunch of flowers for mother's Day today. They were disgraceful!Flowers Heads fallen off and dangling down.Leaves falling off and in poor condition. If you saw them in a supermarket you would put them in the bin!!I have had to tell my daughter who sent them, because I don't think Moonpig should get away with sending sub standard goods that are supposed to be special gifts.Especially at this time when people are relying on online .This is not the first time I have received poor quality flowers from Moonpig.

I received some letterbox flowers today as a Mother’s Day present. Absolutely disgraceful!!! As much as it hurt me I had to tell my daughter how awful they were in case she ever used Moonpig again! The flowers couldn’t even make it to a vase, straight into the compost bin!!!

I received flowers today from my son who doesn’t live in the UK. I haven’t the heart to tell him what a disappointment they are. Broken heads; leaves and flowers (stock) gone mouldy; by the time I’d sorted them out and arranged them there was only about half a bunch left. I wouldn’t even grace it with the name ‘bouquet’! I’d just been to Aldi and bought enough fair trade roses and spray carnations for 3 homemade bouquets - under £12 for the lot! I know I still have a lovely card to open on Mothering Sunday, but really Moonpig seems to be set to disappoint with flowers judging by my experience and that of lots of other reviewers. Shame on you, Moonpig!

14/3/2021 just received flowers for Mother's Day from my daughter, arrived on time, but on opening a Gerber head fell off and petals falling off the chrysanthemums, as well as a broken stem, bit sad and wouldn't like to tell my daughter, just sounds ungrateful, so wouldn't recommend, 5 days of lasting freshness they say, I doubt it😔

Worst flowers I’ve ever received. Covered in black mould, lost of stems and side blooms snapped off. And to top all that off, they are a very merger bunch, which allows no fullness to hide the worst parts behind pretty blooms. A kick in the teeth for Mother’s Day, thanks for nothing moonpig.

I have ordered 3 cards 2 on my account and one my wife ordered and all 3 times they haven't arrived on time. The notification says dispatched 2 weeks prior and yet another event looms (Mother's Day) and I will need to go to the shop to buy another card. Do not trust the dispatch or estimated delivery dates. Let down each time

I had flowers delivered from a friend and thou I wouldn't tell her they were a waste of her hard earned money .In less then a week most of them were dead and what was left were a few tulips and some iris buds that look dead .I myself am a moonpig customer ordering many cards and never been dissapointed. I now know never to waste my money by ordering flowers.

Won’t be using them again! The customer service just don’t give a damn and make no effort to sort the problem out. The website was playing up when I was doing a multiple card order and no ‘send back to me’ option was coming up so had to put my name and address into my address book and do it that way. (I’ve used them for years and know what I’m doing on their website!) All my cards (personalised for named people) all arrived in separate envelopes with no spare envelope....and they suggest that I can reorder the cards and that I’ll get envelopes that way. You’ve got to be joking!

Made the mistake of ordering a dozen (not cheap) red roses from Moonpig. Arrived looking shabby with two broken stems - I emailed immediately asking for refund or replacement. Nine days later they replied to my email saying my email address wasn't correct (?). No offer of refund or replacement, no apology made. Won't be using again and am deleting account.

My moonpig account was hacked on 3rd Feb and £140 worth of orders were placed. I managed to intercept and cancel orders before they where sent however payment was still going to be taken which i understood but expected it to be straight forward and my money to be returned. I am still waiting for my refund 11th March. Iv contacted them numerous times and still getting fobbed off and told it will take 10 working days. In my eyes they are as bad as the people that originally hacked my account.

My husband kindly sent me a bouquet of flowers through Moonpig.com for my birthday. I don’t have the heart to tell him they are the worst flowers I’ve ever received. All of the lillies were snapped in two, they’ve never opened up and the roses were half dead when the arrived. I will NEVER order flowers through Moonpig. Avoid.

Website is a joke on mobile. Slow and unresponsive. Them trying to shove so much extra tat on top of your card purchase makes it even slower.

Just received flowers for my birthday from a relative. The flowers were crammed into a 'through the letterbox' box, consequently leaves were broken and some of the buds had fallen off. The flowers are also dehydrated and limp. I have put them in water to see if that revives any of them but I don't hold out much hope. I feel so sorry for my relative who has sent the flowers because Moonpig has let them down. Having read other reviews I would agree, DON'T buy flowers from Moonpig if this is what you get.
