If i could give 0 I would. Card was meant to be delivery in 1 day. 4 days later its still not here ruining my dads 60th. I tried to speak to their team about this and they were incredibly unhelpful and rude to me. They kept throwing links at me that only supported what I was saying about it being late and then disconnected the chat refusing to help. Moonpig has seriously gone down. You cannot run a successful business like this. I will never be using them again. Customer service is the heart of a business and these people have none. Don't expect value or respect if you have any queries, once they have your money thats it.

Card hadn’t shown up! Ordered Wednesday. Despatched Wednesday (yeah, right!). Today is Saturday. Still no sign. Never again! Several other people I know have had the same dismal service it would seem.

Do not buy flowers from Moonpig! A friend had sent me a yellow rose plant in a wicker tea cup and saucer as a surprise gift. They arrived with a few yellow flowers already opened. Followed the aftercare but after a few days it started to brown and wilt. No more roses came through. And the leaves kept falling off. The same friend bought herself one too. After a few days it wilted and died. Contacted customer services who said that nothing they can do as they have passed the 5 day freshness guarantee! For this to happen to both our flowers is not a coincident. It’s the poor quality products they are sending out. No apology! What a waste of money at £22 each!! Poor quality flowers.

My husband ordered a surprise bouquet for our wedding anniversary. It arrived at 7.30 pm with the flowers wilted and dying. I followed the enclosed instructions in an effort to revive them but by the next morning they were dead. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment

Ordered a card and a bonsai tree for my toting niece who is diabetic. They didn’t send the tree instead sent her a huge bar of chocolate! My last two emails have been ignored.

I ordered a “Welcome to a new home” card and gift for my friends. Realised it was his birthday on the same day! So not thinking it would be a problem I ordered a birthday card and gift on a separate order to the same address, going at the same time, thinking when I would email them they would credit me like for x 1 delivery. I was wrong , my mistake , but no common sense with this lot.

Just got two cups with picture of my grandchildren and I'm discussed with the fact they cut the face of one. So what was the point of ordering them. Also wonky and tap was left on so you could see it. Never will use you again. Should not be allowed to sell your products.

I ordered a card for my sister on the 10th of September thinking she would receive it on her birthday the 12th but it did not get sent until 9pm on the 11th so did not arrive until Monday the 14th.After I complained they did not even apologise and offered a few pence refund for postage refund. I will NEVER use this firm again.

I ordered a birthday package for my stepson "weeks" before the actual occasion and was let down as it did not arrive. I understand the increase in demand, but Moonpig could have at least apologised that the present wasn't going to be delivered.

Very unhappy with Moonpig as they're invariably late. On one occasion I complained, not an easy process and they offered me a refund, which never arrived. I then ordered cards for delivery two or three days earlier than required but they're still late, later than their own estimates. Their so called funny card are in very poor taste and I wonder at the mentality of those who would buy such offensive cards for friends and family. It's a shame as the personalised photo card quality is usually good but if they're unreliable there's not much point in using them.

I have been a customer for a few years and have bought dozens of personalized cards and the recipients have always been happy with them as lol delivered promptly and good quality Recently my young granddaughter asked if she could send her mum a card via my account. I let her view what was on offer. Imagine my horror when she came across the ‘new funny cards’ (not my description) that are quite sexually explicit and with offensive language. I have now cancelled my account with Moonpig who should issue a warning regarding content of these cards Why should children be exposed to such rubbish

Moonpig clearly have had a breach of security allowing someone to place orders on my account. They did instantly refund the 3 amounts to be fair to them but did not appear to be surprised by this at all and made no effort to investigate or offer an explanation. When I asked if they had had data security problems they became quite shady, avoided the question and advised me to change my password. I've deleted my account with them altogether. Won't be using them again as their site is clearly not safe.

Surprised at the low star rating as my experience of Moonpig has been nothing but 5 star. Love their products, which are of a high quality and represent good value for money when consider the cost of buying and posting a card on the high street. Placed a recent order also and stupidly forgot to write inside the card and wasn’t able to amend it before it went to print but Moonpig didn’t hesitate to refund me so I couple put the order through again and to be fair, they didn’t have to help me, it was my own doing. Very pleased with them to date and very grateful for their service throughout lockdown in particular 😊.

Sadly Moonpig are somewhat dishonest when it comes to expected delivery times. Even when you specify a date weeks ahead they then add 1 to five days to it! Customer service make conflicting excuses and only when you suggest contacting the card company do they agree to a refund again in 5 to 10 days time!!!

I have during Covid, ordered several floral gifts and personalised gifts for friends and family which appeared to have gone well. However, I had purchased 3 personalised cards over the weekend to be used between my sister Nd I got family birthdays but as I sent 2 cards to her address and one for myself, only the one that came to my address had an envelope?. Why would I purchase my sister 2 clearly different personalised cards (50th and 60th) with no envelopes. Went on chat to customer service who agreed to send out envelopes if I sent ref number but when I went back I was told this was inaccurate. Offered £5 refund towards next purchase? I am looking for envelopes and not to use Moonpig again. One of the cards to my sister was also bent in the right hand corner.
