“Sent a birthday gift to a friends daughter she received the wrong item so I used the online chat to ask for the correct item to be delivered. It was so straight forward and very quick to do. I was very impressed with their great customer service.”

“I can’t express my joy at Moonpig’s speed of service. I ordered a personalised card yesterday late morning and got the card (perfect) today Royal Mail first post at 9.30. OMG how fantastic is that. Birthday girl’s birthday tomorrow so no worrying that it won’t get here on time. THANK YOU MOONPIG.”

“I have been using Moonpig for a while, never had any issues, fast delivery can even choose the date you want, good quality and a great choice of cards, recently i damaged a card, on requesting a duplicate, Moonpig sent me one the next day i will just add totally FOC, will continue to use for any future cards”

“I had some flowers sent to me before Christmas the four red roses last nearly 2weeks but the four white roses are still going strong they are in the conservatory and it is the 26th February they look lovely thank you very much my niece got them mejeanhines”

“Thought I'd do something different this year and made my wife an anniversary card to mark our 21st anniversary on 11th Dec 2020. Made it early to give enough time for delivery as it was the Christmas period. Was continually told that the card was on its way. Really poor that I then had to go buy another card as a substitute. I never write reviews but thought why not. My card was only a small transaction and thought they don't give a dam. So for ALL your professionalism Moonpig you were pathetic. I received the card just before the new year. Where is your so called reliability. Pathetic. I will never use you again. I work in newspaper advertising and I will spread your poor service throughout. I have other sources of social networking again which I will tell others to use other like companies. Pathetic.”

“Surprised at the low star rating as my experience of Moonpig has been nothing but 5 star. Love their products, which are of a high quality and represent good value for money when consider the cost of buying and posting a card on the high street. Placed a recent order also and stupidly forgot to write inside the card and wasn’t able to amend it before it went to print but Moonpig didn’t hesitate to refund me so I couple put the order through again and to be fair, they didn’t have to help me, it was my own doing. Very pleased with them to date and very grateful for their service throughout lockdown in particular 😊.”

“I have been really pleased with the quality of the cards I have purchased from Moonpig. They have been of high quality and have been delivered efficiently and for the dates specified. I have ordered birthday cards, engagement cards and anniversary cards and also an e-card. I have also recently ordered two birthday bouquets and an engagement hamper and all of them have been delivered on time and of high quality with good communication from Moonpig. “the simple fact that i can input my own words, poems and comments onto my cards is absolutely fantastic. The preview before confirm, ensures i don not mess up too much. Posted straight to person, and even a reminder when birthdays etc are due. This has saved my bacon, quite a few times.”

“This company has never let me down. It's easy to order, I use the App, the cards arrive very quickly and the quality is great. On occasions I have had to contact customer services due to my errors, they email straight back and are customer friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.”
