I’ve been loyal Moonpig user for a few years now and been using them for delivering cards and flowers on numerous special occasions. And all has been absolutely amazing up until 2 weeks ago. What happened is that I didn’t receive my card on time and had no support from the customer’s service. I’ve ordered a card on 1st August which I need for the 8th. Card didn’t arrive at all and on the 7th August I contacted the customer’s service and did let them know that the card hasn’t arrived, despite being distracted on the 3rd. I’ve explained that I need that card for the 7th. The lady dealing with my query apologised and reassured me that the card will arrive the following day (8th August), and it will be dispatched with Saturday special delivery. This didn’t happen at all and I was let down by Moonpig for a second time. I wrote to them on the 9th explaining the case, again, and I had another apology. This time they’ve made the mistake and instead for a special delivery on Saturday the 8th they’ve put special delivery for Saturday the 15th. Another long apology from the person dealing with my case, and another reassurance that the card will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday the 11th. This was 4 days later than I needed the card for so I was deeply disappointed. But, on the 11th the card wasn’t dispatched yet and I wrote to them for a 3rd time expressing my feelings of frustration and how bad they’ve treated me. Can you guess? This time no one was even bothered to apologise or even respond to my email, despite that it had been read and it had an allocated person to deal with it. Eventually, the card arrived on Thursday 13th August and it had to go straight to the bin as it wasn’t needed anymore. I’ve made aware all of my friends using Moonpig to stop doing so and find an alternative way. There’re so many other ways of ordering personalised cards, flowers and gifts. Anyone out there being let down by Moonpig and the heir customer’s support, please do not fall for their apologies. I’ve been given £5 discount on my next order as a ‘gesture of good will’. Moonpig, you can take those £5 and maybe invest in your staff as you’ll never see an order from me, nor from my friends!

Somebody sent me a lovely gift but moonpig shipped a blank card for a irrelevant occasion with it. I have no idea who sent it to me as they won’t tell me who sent it despite me supplying customer reference number. Makes me look ungrateful as I don’t know who to thank. Sort it out!

Flowers for my mums birthday arrived on time and at the time looked ok, however two days later all 4 Roses were wilting and dying! Contacted Moonpig and provided a picture to be told they will refund half as they could only see two wilting flowers! so far the refund hasn’t shown up. I won’t be using moonpig flowers again

if i could give 0 stars I would if i could give 0 stars I would. How this company has been so "successful" is beyond me. I paid for special day guarantee for my brother and dads birthday. My brothers wasnt delivered at all and neither was his craft beers plus they "dispatched" the card on the day it was supposed to arrive. I work at sea so I wasnt even able to give a replacement. I am really upset by this. My dad how ever has received a copy of the same card a day for the past 3 days and his gift that was supposed to arrive with the first card came 3 days late, melted and damaged. This is £50 worth that i paid for and I am f***ing furious. To top it off getting help from customer service it next to non existant. Avoid completely. Funky pigeon is 100% better.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I sent a card on the 7th August 1st class. It still hasn't been delivered. The customer service is worse than useless. Never again!!!!!.

Moonpig delivered some half-dead flowers to a bereaved lady but they were sent to the wrong address. I tried to notify Moonpig to help the sender and the intended recipient but they were uninterested in correcting the mistake. Don't expect any help from Moonpig's Customer Services if anything goes wrong !

I have been really pleased with the quality of the cards I have purchased from Moonpig. They have been of high quality and have been delivered efficiently and for the dates specified. I have ordered birthday cards, engagement cards and anniversary cards and also an e-card. I have also recently ordered two birthday bouquets and an engagement hamper and all of them have been delivered on time and of high quality with good communication from Moonpig. Thank you Moonpig 😊😊

Recived the sweetness bouquet of flowers and card today 10th Aug. Sadly 3 lily flower heads fallen one stem 2 other flower stems so wiltered lucky if they last the day very disappointed as recieved as a birthday gift that my step daughter had spent her precious money on costing approx £22-£24 not happy

Ordered cards for family during lockdown. 10 year old got card meant for an unknown adult. 8 year old whose birthday was in May has just received a card for someone’s Dad! One nephew never received card and another was 3 weeks late and for someone else. Written twice weeks ago to complain but no reply. This company is a complete shambles. Please stay clear!

Couple of orders in a row went to “processing” and were late, I had to chase them. When I queried the second issue, I tried to understand the error and said I was disappointed with the service and the customer service person “hung up” on me In chat. Very unprofessional. The products are good, but the service is unreliable. One of my orders was for an important birthday, and I felt let down.

Just have received my birthday flower from my besti but I feel so embarrassed to send her a picture and told her lie how beautiful are the flower. Never recommend this service

I ordered 3 cards to be delivered to my address so that when needed I could post them out in time needed as a couple of times in the past I ordered 2 put dates down when needed and they never got there, But on receiving these 3 cards there are no plain envelopes inside. I know we are having a hard time with Covid19 but now I will have to go out and find the right size envelopes

Ordered a card for a 21st birthday. Queried with customer service after 2 days in which they told me the order had been 'stuck in printing' and they only found this out because I asked them to check! I will never order from this company again and I urge anyone looking for a quick and reliable service to also look elsewhere.

Birthday flowers and card ordered did not turn up, even with 2 weeks notice of the date, online chat service was most unhelpful, and staff seemed totally uninterested or willing to assist - they may still turn up is all they said!

Not impressed, what sort of company sends out flowers without the accompanying card? I opened a box of flowers from moonpig the other day with a message inside apologising as they were sending the card to go with the order separately. It now seems that the card has gone missing. I do not know who the flowers are from and have contacted moonpig who were no help whatsoever. Why send the card separately in the first place?

Save yourself the disappointment and use one of the other companies offering the same.

What can I say, worst way to wish someone a happy birthday. Placed an order for a personalised card and a balloon, as soon as the order was placed the picture format completely changed and zoomed in to cut the person's face. Orders cannot be edited on the app and the website is blocked on my laptop for security reasons so contacted the support team on twitter, provided them with the details they requested and they never bothered to respond after that. Card arrived at almost 5 pm on the birthday day (ordered on Friday for Tuesday) along with a very deflated balloon. All this cost £21. What a waste of time and money, couldn't have made the person feel less special to receive a card at the end of the day and a deflated balloon. Learnt my lesson and will stick to normal cards moving forward
