Received my present of Mothers Day flowers from my daughter, on time. A really pretty, strong box. On opening, I was very disappointed and can't bring myself to tell her. The tiny rose looked sick, the chrysanths were all crushed and bruised, some of the leaves were brown and rotting and the one alstromeria was on it's way out never reaching maturity and it won't ever! I am so disappointed for my daughter and angry with Moonpig for not doing better! Will definitely blacklist them among my friends!!

I live n work aboard and sent flowers n card for my mother for mothers day. Nothing deliverd on mothers day. 😡you said no more than 2 days!!! I payed and everything confirmed 3/4 days before. Want a bloody refund.

So disappointed to get a nearly dead bunch of flowers from Moonpig. Flower heads missing and I doubt if the Lilly’s will come out. I don’t want to upset my son by telling him, as he spent a lot of money on them. Never buy flowers from Moonpig.

My sons had arranged for Moonpig to deliver flowers to me on Mother's Day as we cannot see each other and they wanted to do something special, they arrived on time and I excitedly opened the box, the excitement however did not last long! The flowers, what there were of them, were in a very sorry state, heads were broken off, some were dead and others were on their last legs, shockingly bad bouquet, especially for the price! Not only was I so sad that this special and expensive gift was of very poor quality, but, I was then left with a dilemma, do I tell my boys the flowers were awful and hurt their feelings, or keep quiet and let them waste their money? I ended up telling them so they would know not to use Moonpig again. My son did contact customer service and they were very apologetic and are sending a replacement bunch, but it still doesn't really make up for upset caused. Come on Moonpig, you need to sort this as there must be a lot of mums who didn't have the heart to let their children know that their gift was of dreadful quality!

same as other reviews my mother's day flowers from my daughter are dying wilted and a mess !! I know everyone is saying they don't have the heart to tell the family members who paid for them. .but I think we must speak out otherwise moonpig will get away with it and people will continue to pay and maybe even recommend moonpig ! don't let your loved ones get ripped off! I'm disgusted in moonpig and will make sure everyone I know hears about this!

Won’t order again I’m waiting on full refund due to dead flowers sent again, first time they did this was last year and they replaced them but today they sent 2 bouquets out that are dead once is a mistake but to do it again with 2 bunches is disgusting and careless, £72 waisted, waiting on refund so I can get better flowers from Tesco for my mam for Mother’s Day

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and paid an extra £4.99 for them to be delivered on the day. They never arrived! Having read the below reviews I’m almost glad they didn’t. No flowers is almost better than receiving dead flowers! Don’t bother ordering gifts from Moonpig it’s not the first time I’ve been disappointed with them. Won’t use them again

My son bought me a beautiful candle for mothers day today. When I opened it . He looked mortified . He then said it had cost him 15 quid. It was tiny. Try ripped off by moon pig

Got a Mother’s Day bouquet from my husband serving in the Middle East . It was £30 and it came today in a box with no flower food and looking like a pre-schooler had picked out dead flowers that Cost £5 ! Really disappointed with the flowers and my card was bent

Sad and wilted flowers arrived today from my son I was so upset as he asked how they were and I had to lie to him to spare his feelings.The only way to describe them is like the last bunch left in the petrol station at closing.He asked for the flowers,card and chocolates to be delivered together but didnt happen.Chocs arrived Saturday morning with nothing to indicate who they were from,the card arrived at 5.45 on Saturday evening then the flowers this afternoon.I have had flowers from them before that arrived wilted then were fit for bin on day two.Where is thier quality controll.DISGRACEFULL.

I waited all morning for my flower delivery as requested by my son. He messaged me to ask if I liked my flowers as he a recieved a message saying they had been delivered. I told him I had not received any flowers,but tgere had been several deliveries in the cul de sac. I checked outside and still no flowers. I found them eventually in my neighbours window!.....they had been delivered to the wrong address,I didn't have the heart to tell a little old lady they were mine! They were beautiful...if only they had come to the right address!

I received flowers today for Mothers Day and like others very disappointed some of the flowers were rotten, heads broken off, I have thanked the sender but feel very sad that they have wasted their money, stems rapped in a wet tissue. I will never tell them the state these arrived in as they would be very disappointed and upset.

I received a letterbox bouquet from my son for Mother's Day. I haven't got the heart to tell him how awful they are. The roses had withered on arrival, the rest of the bunch not good either. I am so disappointed.

I ordered 2 cards from moonpig.com 1 for anniversary and 1 for boyfriends birthday. I received the anniversary card on Monday as expected but boyfriend didn’t receive his birthday card until Friday the day after his birthday, it arrived tattered and bent! This happened last time I ordered at Christmas and was very disappointed as it didn’t arrive until February! Completely unacceptable, will stick to shop bought cards in future at-least I know they will be received on time! I feel sorry for any mums out there today who haven’t received there cards! MOONPIG YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! I paid for a service and the service wasn’t delivered!

Ordered Mothers day card on Wednesday 10 march paid extra for postage was expecting it by Saturday never turned up very poor service. I will not be using again.

Received a bunch of flowers & card from my son & daughter for mothers day from Moonpig.com. Card was soggy. Box was soggy. Flowers were the same as all other 1 star reviews. Flower heads broken off, all other flowers and greenery were wilting and dehydrated. I didn't have the heart to tell them that they were the WORST BUNCH OF FLOWERS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Had better from a petrol station & the supermarket in the past. WASTE OF MY KIDS HARD EARNED MONEY. WILL ADVISE THEM NEVER TO BUY FROM MOONPIG AGAIN!!!

I have just received some flowers from moonlight. They were ordered by my relatives in California. Quite frankly they are a disgrace. When I opened the wrapper the heads were falling off some of the sprays. I know this will have cost a lot of money but they certainly did not get value for money.

Received letterbox flowers today from my daughter for Mother’s Day. Most of the flowers were broken, crushed and dehydrated! I don’t have the heart to tell my daughter how awful they are, as she is a student with very little money currently over 200 miles away at uni. Moonpig you should feel ashamed of yourselves!

I have used moonpig for cards over a number of years now and more recently the cards quality has really gone down hill. The card I have recieved today the front cover over laps the back and its seams you no longer get and envelope with it.
