Very disappointed that I ordered a personalised card and flowers 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day. I paid for guaranteed delivery for that day. They turned up 2 weeks late. I posted on both their website and Facebook page asking for a response, I also sent an email from my account on Moonpig and still no response. Very poor service all round and to top it all I paid £36 for a bunch of flowers that quite frankly I could have bought from a petrol station for £5 so I would avoid flowers from Moonpig

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering the balloons with Moët champagne, was to be a surprise but on opening box there was no champagne and don’t think I will ever get anywhere with this matter as I can’t get hold of customer service!! The after service is diabolical, absolute scam!! Please be very careful when handing over money.

Ordered card and champagne package for a 21st birthday 2 weeks in advance. Delivery never came and I am still awaiting my refund 14 days after. The online chat are unhelpful and wouldn't even tell my why the package went astray. Don't buy from them

Received an email prompt on Friday morning to order flowers from moonpig for Sunday. OK, good idea - So I clicked and purchased. I realised that I'd just bought something on impulse without reading the trustpilot reviews first. Oops, my bad! First, I didn't realise that they used Yokel delivery service which has some interesting review on here. I also didn't realise that you'd have to pay more to guarantee next day delivery until after the purchase. I just made the assumption that for a card service they would tell me upfront or during purchase if the date was not possible - due to Covid, in which case I'd have cancelled and not gone ahead. Not a problem. On Saturday afternoon the Yokel courier "tracker" said it was on its way. Then on valentine's night it still said "on it's way" and how they would ensure all flowers would be delivered by 6pm. I to 6pm even though the Valentine's day was nearly over. Then at 6.30pm I had to tell my wife that my surprise was no longer a surprise and that I didn't know when they would arrive. On Monday morning at 9.05am it still wished me a Happy Valentine's day and that the driver was in my town - in fact just up the road - and was currently on delivery 45 of 115 and I'd have to wait for the driver to deliver another 67 parcels between his current position 1.3 miles away and my house. Obviously quite a dense delivery ratio for 2 roads. Eight hours later at 4.30pm it finally arrived. You can imagine my wife's surprise when on Monday evening 12 dried out, scrawny-looking, pathetic black edged rose petals looking as if they'd been used as bookmarks ready for the recycle bin, turned up as a token of my love for my wife. My wife's asked "Where did you get those from?" - as it wasn't the usual fare from the big names. I apologised for them as they did look dried out and pathetic. She re-assured me it wasn't my fault but was keen to know where I got them from - presumably so she could stop me using them in the future. I did see better looking flowers at the local ESSO garage I passed on Saturday - I should have stopped there during lockdown. They were cheaper too.

My fiancé ordered a personalized card for me for Valentines Day on moonpig, 2 weeks in advance. He even paid for first class delivery to make sure it will arrive on time, because he reckoned it will a busier time than usual due to it being Valentines Day. 1 week later, the card still has not arrived so he contacted moonpig thru their chat feature, and spoke to the rudest person on their customer service line. He was just flat out offered a refund of store credits which he refused because he really wanted me to have that card. When he inquired about what happened to the card, they just told him it must have been lost in the post, and then they just cut off the chat on him. He attempted to try to get help on the chat feature again and got hold of the same person, which then told him that upon checking he saw that because my fiance ordered a supersized version of a card (which is an extra fee), it has not even been printed at all because they have run out of that card size. Again they just offered to refund him credits, but my fiance insisted on having a card sent even if its just a regular size so he had that arranged and to be delivere via first class. On his account under orders, it even said it has been processed and he even got emails to notify him it was then been sent. No card arrived at all within that week. So today (1 day after Valentines Day), he went on to their customer service chat again which did not prove to be helpful at all. No explanation why there was no card, just a generic apology with no effort to save face with their poor customer service. My fiance just asked for a refund, but he was so disappointed because he really wanted me to see the card he made himself. Im the one leaving this review, because my fiance is too nice to give a bad review but I insisted. Also, funnily enough you can't even leave a review on their actual website. Moonpig has terrible customer service and we will never use them again ever.

How is wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Moonpig. Never again. I ordered balloons and a bottle of Moët champagne to be delivered for a very special 21st Birthday. The balloons arrived but no champagne, although the e mail confirmation I received stated both items had been delivered. Had I not mentioned the champagne when chatting with the recipient I would have been completely unaware, as they thought I had sent the balloons only. After a string of messages I was offered £5 credit towards my next order. That will never happen. Poor service and poor complaint handling.

Card arrived bent and damaged as it was in a normal envelope (not hardback). I emailed three times to ask them to please send another. No answer. Really poor service for such a large company.

Had an email on the morning of my Dad's birthday to say that the hamper gift was out of stock, despite putting in the order back in January. I then had to rush out and buy him another present and card. Customer service told me that my order was dormant until day of processing. I was so upset, my father was extremely ill with covid over Christmas and I wanted his birthday to be special. The £10 credit they have given me will lie dormant in my closed account as I will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 cards and a present to be sent directly from Moonpig to a relative for a birthday nearly 3 weeks in advance with my chosen specified date to be delivered. Moonpig decided to cancel my order on the day it was meant to be delivered as the present was out of stock. This leaves me no time to get something to my relative in time for their birthday and I can't deliver it as they live 200 miles away. I have had no response to my email asking why I wasn't given the opportunity to change my gift. Just beware and keep checking your order but I will never use moonpig again.

Received a card and the card is lovely but I once again received no envelope to actually put the card in. Not really happy about the fact I have to give a valentine's Day card to my partner in a opened, horrible white card envelope that the card came in when it was delivered and also has my address on.

How any so called florist could put together such ghastly flowers is beyond me. Do purple, red and yellow really go. The flowers, apart from the tulips, were all dead 24 hours after receipt. I was disgusted. How can I tell the kind people who ordered the flowers for me? This is how you get away with it time and again.

Would give no stars if I could! Ordered a card a gift (wooden toy) for my 2yr old great niece, it never arrived on her birthday, I had ordered well in advance. Her mum contacted me to tell it never arrived. Was told when I contacted them that gift was out of stock (nobody contacted me to tell me this) I was then asked if I wanted them to still send card!! They never even sent the card! This was 3 days after her birthday! I had also ordered at same time a card and gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be arriving on 13th (tomorrow) so I checked this morning and it says still printing? I contacted them again and was told there was a prob in printing and they would get it out today so it probably won’t arrive on time :-( I think what actually happened was the order was overlooked? Never never again will I order from Moonpig!

Ive had great experiences with moonpig, very helpful staff and great products. The problem is that they use Yodel as the delivery service who are THE worst courier company in the universe. Had several moonpig deliveries go missing. For a company deliverying Birthday cards etc, thats unacceptible. Sadly I will not be able to use moonpig anymore.

I was sent Roses for my birthday, they roved in tight buds which I understand is quite normal. But unfortunately they never came out & died in a few days. My card ordered at the same time only arrived this week 9 days after ordered & long after my birthday. So all in all a waste of a lot of money. I would never recommend or buy flowers from Moonpig after my experience.
