Useless Useless, I ordered two of the same cards by accident and got on live chat 2 seconds straight after to cancel one and got told it was to late to cancel so would have to have the two, the two then arrived with no envelopes so I got back on to Live chat to ask for them to send envelopes where I was told they can’t send just envelopes they would have to resend the cards!! I don’t need 4 of the same cards why can’t you just send out the envelopes that you forgot to send out in the first place

I’ve had a terrible experience with Moonpig, wasted nearly £90 on orders all supposed to be delivered on or just before birthday well flowers and card turned up two weeks before date and flowers are already dead and the birthday still hasn’t arrived yet for another 4 days, then you can’t call them because of Covid they have apparently removed all phones!!! From office and after chatting with them on the online chat (which is crap) they try and offer me a £5 refund. Won’t be using this service ever again

I received some vile looking roses on valentines day. Burnt from being in the freezer or in the cold that flopped next day. luckily my husband got a refund. we will never use Moonpig again, and by the looks of things neither will most people!

As a recipient of a card and gift delivered a week late. Have to say that the Customer service & online help are clearly not bothered. Dreadful company to deal with. No apology. Hide behind GDPR even when permission granted for me to speak on senders behalf as they have communication issues. Awful, awful, awful.

Two cards showed up before paying couldn’t find ‘delete’ button to remove one , but then said ‘1 of 1’ delivery which in my mind means there’s only one being sent, however two were sent to my friend very disappointed 😞

My partner had some roses sent to me for Valentine’s Day, and I’m disgusted with what I received. Dead mouldy looking roses. I contacted Moonpig about it and they said my partner needed to contact them, and even still they would not provide a refund. I get cards of Moonpig every so often but from now on I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere. These photos were taken Valentine’s Day (14th) and on the 16th. The roses were cut and added to water with the rose mix on arrival and they have just got worse, probably going to be thrown in the bin soon. NEVER buy flowers from Moonpig unless you like dead crappy flowers and bad customer service.

Have used Moonpig for years but it’s not providing the same service these days . They didn’t do Personalised calendars for 2021 which was very disappointing .just ordered a birthday card for my grandson ,although I had a birthday reminder discount it didn’t work when checking out ,also the card couldn’t be made larger when editing and it arrived with no envelope ! What has happened to Moonpigs customer service ? You need to allow at least a Week when ordering to make sure your order arrives on time . Will be using a different company from now on...

Ordered Valentines cards x 2 for my Wife 10.02.2021. Confirmation said delivery by 12.02.2021. Cards arrived 15th February 2021. Whilst I asked for the cards back to sign, no envelopes provided. Ordered from a competitor on 12th and cards received next day. If they can why can’t Moonpig?

Will never use Moonpig again!! Luckily I ordered the card over one month in advance! When I received the card, Moonpig had printed incorrect details! It was a nightmare trying to get through to anyone on their chat line! The person I spoke to was very nice and did apologise and admit it was their fault and sent me another card free of charge. Unfortunately the card they sent for free, still had a bit of missing detail, but I was able to use the card.Moonpig also put £5 into my Moonpig account, which is a waste of time because I will never use them again!! Do not use if you are in a hurry cards!

Very disappointed that I ordered a personalised card and flowers 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day. I paid for guaranteed delivery for that day. They turned up 2 weeks late. I posted on both their website and Facebook page asking for a response, I also sent an email from my account on Moonpig and still no response. Very poor service all round and to top it all I paid £36 for a bunch of flowers that quite frankly I could have bought from a petrol station for £5 so I would avoid flowers from Moonpig

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering the balloons with Moët champagne, was to be a surprise but on opening box there was no champagne and don’t think I will ever get anywhere with this matter as I can’t get hold of customer service!! The after service is diabolical, absolute scam!! Please be very careful when handing over money.

Ordered card and champagne package for a 21st birthday 2 weeks in advance. Delivery never came and I am still awaiting my refund 14 days after. The online chat are unhelpful and wouldn't even tell my why the package went astray. Don't buy from them

Received an email prompt on Friday morning to order flowers from moonpig for Sunday. OK, good idea - So I clicked and purchased. I realised that I'd just bought something on impulse without reading the trustpilot reviews first. Oops, my bad! First, I didn't realise that they used Yokel delivery service which has some interesting review on here. I also didn't realise that you'd have to pay more to guarantee next day delivery until after the purchase. I just made the assumption that for a card service they would tell me upfront or during purchase if the date was not possible - due to Covid, in which case I'd have cancelled and not gone ahead. Not a problem. On Saturday afternoon the Yokel courier "tracker" said it was on its way. Then on valentine's night it still said "on it's way" and how they would ensure all flowers would be delivered by 6pm. I to 6pm even though the Valentine's day was nearly over. Then at 6.30pm I had to tell my wife that my surprise was no longer a surprise and that I didn't know when they would arrive. On Monday morning at 9.05am it still wished me a Happy Valentine's day and that the driver was in my town - in fact just up the road - and was currently on delivery 45 of 115 and I'd have to wait for the driver to deliver another 67 parcels between his current position 1.3 miles away and my house. Obviously quite a dense delivery ratio for 2 roads. Eight hours later at 4.30pm it finally arrived. You can imagine my wife's surprise when on Monday evening 12 dried out, scrawny-looking, pathetic black edged rose petals looking as if they'd been used as bookmarks ready for the recycle bin, turned up as a token of my love for my wife. My wife's asked "Where did you get those from?" - as it wasn't the usual fare from the big names. I apologised for them as they did look dried out and pathetic. She re-assured me it wasn't my fault but was keen to know where I got them from - presumably so she could stop me using them in the future. I did see better looking flowers at the local ESSO garage I passed on Saturday - I should have stopped there during lockdown. They were cheaper too.

My fiancé ordered a personalized card for me for Valentines Day on moonpig, 2 weeks in advance. He even paid for first class delivery to make sure it will arrive on time, because he reckoned it will a busier time than usual due to it being Valentines Day. 1 week later, the card still has not arrived so he contacted moonpig thru their chat feature, and spoke to the rudest person on their customer service line. He was just flat out offered a refund of store credits which he refused because he really wanted me to have that card. When he inquired about what happened to the card, they just told him it must have been lost in the post, and then they just cut off the chat on him. He attempted to try to get help on the chat feature again and got hold of the same person, which then told him that upon checking he saw that because my fiance ordered a supersized version of a card (which is an extra fee), it has not even been printed at all because they have run out of that card size. Again they just offered to refund him credits, but my fiance insisted on having a card sent even if its just a regular size so he had that arranged and to be delivere via first class. On his account under orders, it even said it has been processed and he even got emails to notify him it was then been sent. No card arrived at all within that week. So today (1 day after Valentines Day), he went on to their customer service chat again which did not prove to be helpful at all. No explanation why there was no card, just a generic apology with no effort to save face with their poor customer service. My fiance just asked for a refund, but he was so disappointed because he really wanted me to see the card he made himself. Im the one leaving this review, because my fiance is too nice to give a bad review but I insisted. Also, funnily enough you can't even leave a review on their actual website. Moonpig has terrible customer service and we will never use them again ever.
