I am absolutely disgusted with the way moonpig have dealt with me.refusing to log a complaint.you would think that they could make sure they get cards issued when you have paid for them for God's sake mothers day comes once a year I will not use this company again not because of the lost card but the way I was treated

In December I received a large birthday card from my son. Unfortunately at the top of the card in huge letters the name Emily Wilkinson had been printed. No idea who that is but not my name. Very sloppy to put a wrong name on a card. I let it go and said nothing. However, today I have just been delivered a small box of flowers with no card in at all to let me know who they are from and the flowers are limp and half dead. Just a few flattened flowers in the bottom of the box that look like they have been in there for weeks. I will tell my family not to use moonpig anymore. Twice now sloppy and uncaring work has been show that has been disappointing. I have no idea who they are from. Presumably one of my adult children but not even a little card in there to tell me. Fresh flowers on the box lol Yeah maybe a month ago.

Received Mother`s Day flowers from my son today. Appalling! Flowers looked half dead already. Leaves torn and so badly crushed on many of them. They are too bad to ever recover their shape. Less flowers than stated in what you can expect to get description and 2 of the flowers broke in two as i attempted to put them in water. My Mother`s Day card should have been with the flowers - a mass produced, printed card tells me the card has accidentally become separated from the flowers and they will be posting it!!!!! All this for a mere £33.29. Dreadful! Do NOT order flowers from these people

I'm absolutely disgusted. I have been a customer for several years and get regular emails with offers etc. Sunday is mother's day but my mum has passed away. Last August my beautiful daughter passed away and so mother's day for me is not a day to celebrate. I went onto the live chat to ask them to stop sending mother's day emails as I was finding them unacceptable and didn't want reminders to buy cards, flowers or gifts. I was told to unsubscribe!! Totally disgusting service and support. Don't bother with them!!

Do not sign for a £6 refund or your sign up for a £15 a month to be taken from your credit card! Absolutely discussed with Moonpig I will never use this company again! I’m a pensioner this hurt a lot! lucky they agreed to refund me! Took £45 before I found out! 😮 I’m not best with I.T stuff!

If I could give zero I would I ordered a Mother’s Day card in irelAnd with delivery date 2 days later !! They have not even dispatched it 4 days later and cannot tell me when they will I ordered Believing their delivery terms !! Do not order with this company they cannot deliver To make matters worse my son in Thailand ordered me a Mother’s Day and texting me everyday to see if it has arrived ! I will probably get it for my birthday in May How can they be in the card Industry when cards mean a lot to people who are distanced from each other

Paid double for an item for my mum on mother's Day and it arrived broken in bits. Do not buy any items apart from cards. All other items have a massive mark up!!! The packaging is extremely poor.

If I could mark zero stars I would, Flowers delivered for mothers day dead or dying, supposed to be guaranteed for 5 days, probably be dead in 5 hours. try to contact them via phone, NO, try to E Mail NO, try via chat NO. If it was worthwhile I would sue under the trade descriptions act, in fact for £30, I might well do that, these crooks need to be. pursued.

How sad, delivery arrived for Mother’s Day for me from my son. Rose plant, prosecco and chocs. Flowers were appallingly packed, flung in a big box. Result 5 heads fell off. Can’t believe the poor quality. They should be ashamed.

I ordered a card for my daughter to be delivered 2 nd Feb and as yet it has not been delivered. I have contacted moo pig.com four times. They informed me on each occasion that they would resend the card and credit my account, to date no cards have been received and no refund has landed in my account. Very disappointed customer!!!

Next day delivery is a lie. I placed an order for next day delivery only to find out next day that it can be fulfilled. The best moonpig can do is refund my postage. What I would have much preferred is honesty up front about whether an order could be fulfilled upfront. Had I known this was not possible I wouldn't have ordered with them at all. They've offered a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill which will go unused. Instead I'll do my best to tell my friends and family not to use this company.

Flowers looked lovely when they came, but only three of the lily buds opened. The other lily buds just dried up and either didn’t open or fell off. I followed the instructions to the letter as well. Very disappointed, but wouldn’t upset my daughter by telling her.

I have sent multiple cards over the last few years. 3 arrived. My family now test it out and it’s a joke. My son and my grandchildren live thousands of miles away from me, his aunts, his sisters his nieces and his friends. And you, can’t get a card to them. Any of them. Time and time again. And if we call “customer services” well they just say it’s the risk we take. No guarantee of delivery. Disappointment. Every time. We will keep buying them and taking screenshots cos it’s the only way we can keep a record. If I could score you a minus I would. Shame on you. I love the rest of the questions below. Was your delivery on time. No option for never arrived. Who made the delivery? No option for None. Was it damaged? IT NEVER ARRIVED. How many days did it take? IT NEVER ARRIVED. No I would not like to leave a picture. BECAUSE IT NEVER ARRIVED! Once again. Multiple. Multiple occasions over the years . Nothing arrived.

Sent a birthday gift to a friends daughter she received the wrong item so I used the online chat to ask for the correct item to be delivered. It was so straight forward and very quick to do. I was very impressed with their great customer service.

Paid for next day delivery didn’t receive card or any correspondence. Days after my card was supposed to arrive could finally speak with someone but customer service didn’t care at all. Wanted to offer me credit as if I would use their bad service again. Really terrible and couldn’t give my brother a card on his birthday.
