“I took a chance and ordered a size up from my usual as the style & colour I wanted were out of stock. Although it was too large I received excellent customer service and a prompt refund with recommendation for alternative designs that are in my size. I will definately be using this company again.”

“Buying clothes online is not something that usually ever works for me. However, it has been really easy to buy moontide swimwear, try on a few pairs and return what doesn't fit. I love my togs, and feel remarkably comfortable in them! It was easy to return them, apart from the fact that getting to a post office isn't so easy these days. And I did have to pay return postage.”

“First bikini I ordered arrived the next day but did not fit. In returning it the refund was very fast. 2nd bikini I ordered did not arrive. Lacey at customer service was so helpful, sent a replacement which arrived the next day along with the missing one! Free return label was sent for the extra suit. Such excellent customer service (and gorgeous swimsuits!)”

“Great colour which exactly matched what I viewed online. I find it extremely difficult to find swimwear to fit and underwire, DD/E and adjustable straps are a must. ThIs swimsuit ticked all those boxes. Really wanted to give 4.5 stars, marked down only because some ruching accross stomach would also be good and maybe more choices of pattern rather than plain to hide my bulges. Fantastic service with super quick delivery I ordered 2 sizes, sending the larger size back which didnt take long for full refund. Will definitely order from Moontide again.”

“Ordered a costume and a bikini … loved the swimsuit, loved the bikini top but sadly the bottoms were too square / short cut and did nothing for my tummy! Love the cup sizes which enable you to stick to your trouser size but with a realistic bust space. Tie front further enables adjustment. Really gorgeous, support swimsuit - sadly, once I get a response on how to return, I’ll be returning the bikini as doubt I’ll find alternative briefs to mix n match with top. Please make a slighter higher cut bikini leg. No paperwork with package so unsure how to return but have sent an email.”

“Hi I received my order. The delivery note was correct but the bikini bottom is not what I ordered. Having since gone back onto your website the bikini bottom is now out of stock in my size so I have a bottomless bikini. Most disappointed”
