“Just got the pure from Fed Ex at 14 15pm today. The box was sellotape up which im not happy about as it looks like it had been opened. I'm just waiting on the charge up. To be continued...”
“Scooter arrived with no protection in the box so no idea if the scratches are from transport of the actual condition of a refurbished scooter, the charger didn't work and looked like it had been put together by a blind person. When reaching out I was told it looked fine, plugged it in and it did nothing, I had to ask for a replacement charger which to be fair came quick. I'd buy the scooter again but probably not from Moose.”
“It is was nice at first then stopped working after just 4days, I am not happy about this however reported this and was told to send it back, still waiting for my scooter.”
