“I ordered 2 bike lights from Moose and a few days after ordering received an email from Heidi explaining one of my lights wasnโt available and offering me a swap or a refund. I chose a swap and the 2 lights arrived swiftly. I then found out one of the lights didnโt work so immediately emailed Heidi again and she got back to me straight away and said sheโd send a new light as a replacement, which came a couple of days later. I think the Moose service was great. Iโm only disappointed one of the (Knog) lights didnโt work. Iโve also had some difficulty with charging the lights I do have as the connection on one seems a little temperamental. I will persevere and see if it does the job. Iโm sure if I had further queries Moose will help me right away.”

We are more than happy to refund you once your scooter reaches us back here at Moose, however this process has not been started yet due to the fact you have not booked in a collection with FedEx, which was made clear is to be done on your end.
