“Website payment page failed not knowing if payment had gone through or not, then had to spend an extra 20-30 mins on the phone to More Than resolving. Staff and customer services were polite, apologetic and helpful.”

“Such a complicated system just to add a temporary driver for 10 days, and it doesn't even show on my mobile app which I can't even get into now,have requested to reset password which you sent me a link for but it won't let me type a new password. VERY DISSAPOINTING.”

“Purchasing insurance was positive. Unfortunately, I was then charged twice; I challenged this and was asked to provide credit card statement evidence, which I did. The money was reimbursed to me, though no explanation or apology was received: an unacceptable experience.”

“I have purchased pet insurance. the website was quite good. The actual working out what sort of pet plan you were going to get, all the in's and out's of it, was quite baffling. Excess, voluntary excess, you had to really read the plan and hope that you get what you wanted out of it. I think the proof of the pudding is when you actually have to claim. fingers crossed!”

“initially a good competitive quote then as it got nearer to my renewal date it went up by around £90 so not really impressed”
