“Bought insurance online heard nothing when called was told it had failed to generate policy number. Waited over a week. No communication, couldn’t log in. Very disappointed”

“Good policy and price. Note you only get 50 weeks of cover when buying a 'year' policy, as you cannot claim for anything in the first two weeks. Should be advertised as a part year policy.”

“During an online comparison for our motor insurance renewal, More Than offered a competitive price which didn't alter when clicking through from the price comparison site like most do. It's easy to customise the quote to suit your requirements and see the price differences immediately, not at the very end of the process. The only negative I have is that the number of years of claim-free motoring doesn't extend beyond 9 no matter how many you may have accumulated. Apart from that, I was happy to change from our previous insurer who I'd been with for 5 years.”
