“So far so good, easy to understand and clearly set out, the quality of provision is often shown if a claim needs to be made. I hope not to have to use it for the sake of my cats but i’ll up date at that point.”

“Telephone answering service and resulting waiting times are totally unacceptable. Follow up telephone call to assess performance also uses a "menu" system which loops on "key 1" instruction thus unable to gather any customer feedback... but.. you must be aware of this.. Get you act together..very poor service.”
