“Insurance policy OK until it came up for renewal. Despite having made no claim the primium increased by nearly 40%. When I told the telesales person I could buy their same policy on line for much less no atemot was made to reduce the inflated price. So I went elsewhere. I now have better cover for less than my earlier More Than premium by shopping around on line for the best deal.”

“When our beautiful dog had to be put to sleep(she had liver cancer) we filled in the form and left it with the vet. They asked for payment beginning of November and sent a reminder e-mail Christmas Eve,when we enquired in January the bill had not been paid.A little remiss to say the least, not impressed.”

“I was appalled at the service provided after making a claim for a burst pipe which was located under a concrete floor on the ground floor of the house. I made this claim at the end of june and yet as i write this (19/01/2015), my claim/work has not been finished at all. At 1st when they sent an assesor out, he gave me all the wrong information. Told me i had to rip up all the old flooring, which turned out to be wrong. The floor layers came and told me they couldnt lay the floor as i had no certificate of dryness????? This puzzled me until they told me what was meant to happen and thats where i found out the assesor had giving me all wrong information.....so since end of August i have been waiting for 2 different companies to come out and lift up the remaining flooring that was damaged from the original burst pipe over 6 months ago. I have finally had the kitchen tiles taken up by 1 company called radayr and now i am waiting for another company called "rainbow" to uplift the few remaining tiles in the bathroom/hallway area. This I know will not be done until at the very earliest the end of this month. So therefore tiotalling in over 7months of not being able to use half of the ground floor in my house. Not 1 time during this period has this insurance company contacted me to let me know how things are progressing, i have had to do all this myself and booking in the companys to do this work.....would definately not recomend Go Compare to any family or friends after this shambles.”

“I was already insured with Morethan but when the renewal advice came through I thought it seemed too much so went on go compare website to get comparisons. Low and behold Morethan On Line was half the price that I had been quoted in the renewal. When I phoned them they said they couldn't match that price but I could cancel my policy and do on line - which I promptly did! What absolute nonsense!!!!!”

“Brilliant service and compassion when Jaxon died. Hadn't been with More Than long but will definitely insure with them in future. There was no hassle and they dealt directly with my vet so I had no worry at all at this very sad time.”
