“Very happy with my house insurance, although I had to go onto a comparison site to get the best price. My renewal price was more, therefore may I suggest you look after your current customers and offer them the same as new!”

“I love the simplicity of the quote process! The only thing I recommend you improve in the quote stage is the question relating to the age of the house. For old houses, it is hard to estimate the age.”

“Site asks during application for second person what sex but there is no facility to answer so had to go back and delete my wife from application. Bank details give under the impression that premium would be taken when policy came into force not 3 weeks early so not that happy and will reconsider when renewing.”
