“Cheapest Quote Ive ever had, so paid the annual amount. Money was taken immediately from my account. then heard nothing for weeks, not so much as a text or email conformation. Tried for days to get through on the phone, no answer, no matter what time of day you ring. When I finally got a conformation email and letter with policy documents, i was instructed to log in to my account. Password not recognized. so I reset my password, got email to confirm new password. Ok here we go lets log in......password not recognized. So up to now its been a frustrating experience. Fingers crossed I`ll never need to get in touch. But on the plus side they`re nearly £400 cheaper than my previous insurers”

“Been on the phone for 45 minutes on four occasions waiting to be answered. Three times I booked payment online but had problems. When got through speaking to someone they promised they'll call back but never did. Website talks about online chat but none exists otherwise quote good.”

“I have been a long term customer of MoreThan (bar a couple of breaks) for over 30 years. I have both my buildings and contents and my car insurance with them. I recently took out a 2nd car insurance with them and was really impressed with the level of customer service I received from Janet who went out of her way to help me. I always do a comparison every year and they always come back with a fair price, which I am content with as from my experience It is a brand I trust and would be reluctant to leave. The only downside is the relatively high compulsory excesses for car insurance, especially considering my driving history with them - I am in my mid 5os' and have maximum no claims”

“Never had so much hassle with a car insurance company. Chasing up policy documents. Customer service is terrible. I hope I never have to make a claim. Never would I recommend MORE THAN to family or friends.”
