“Policy offered the cover I was looking for, and is managed online so I can change a lot of information and request extra cover easily. Very impressed by efficient customer service on the one time I have had to call them. Would definitely recommend!”

“As a new customer last October I have found MoreThan car insurance satisfactory to date...the end of June 2015. I had to change my direct debit date due to personal circumstances,this was done quickly and hassle free after notifying them of what I needed to to. My only concern is the price I am paying,I personally feel that of my age,the years I have been driving and a clean record of claims is that it should be so much cheaper.”

“Apparently during the life of your policy you can add certain areas of cover to the policy free of charge, however you cannot claim for an event within this area of cover if it has just happened! Why, if it is now free, isn't it just included in your policy from the beginning as standard??? Too late for me but may be worth making contact to enquire if there is anything free that you can add to your current policy now before you may need to claim in the future!”

“Easy to deal with, did point out that damage caused by repair man accessing burst points was not covered by insurance, so to avoid losing bonuses paid for replacement kitchen units myself. ( they had to be broken up and removed to get at pipework under the floor which also had to come up.”
