Dreadful website / customer services: spent ages on the telephone waiting to be connected to a representative. Sent correspondence and emails; eventually given a direct number where someone looked into the issue and promised to arrange a refund for money that More Than took without reason... Surprise surprise still waiting for that refund !

Really dissappointing customer service. I was on hold for over 30 mins. Got no apology and was then hung up on when they couldn’t put me through to the right person. Such a shame.

A few issues buying Home Insurance on-line, as restricted on the information you can view. Need to get their systems upgraded quickly. Everything else went relatively smoothly.

Although I have been with MoreThan for 3 terms. Price is always increasing but still best in the market. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the South African call centre is awful and they don’t know how to speak to customer. They also promised me to write back to me with my NCB with the full years (not 9 plus years)- not heard since and to speak to someone every time I rang it took over 30mins to answer. Awful customer experience in this day and age.

I cancelled my insurance in the end and went elsewhere as I kept being passed back and forth between customer service and sales just to correct the start date!

The MoreThan agent was very friendly, clear and helpful. I was pleased to have my vehicle(s) insured with MoreThan. I have over the years received very good service with the company. However, this time I felt the premium was way higher than previous years, probably something like 30% higher, which I did not think was fair at all knowing that I have been a loyal customer and insurer with MoreThan for several years - I was disappointed.
