“Absolutely horrendous! Had to ring twice because a legal document had been produced with the wrong information on it and I still never received it in time for the policy start time! Then there’s the hour wait for someone to answer the phone!! DO NOT recommend - not even worth one star but can’t give any less”

“Recently dealt with RSA who underwrite More Than as a third party claimant and they were excellent to deal with - friendly and helpful. This, and the fact they were also one of the cheapest, is why I have now chosen to insure through More Than.”

“My insurance was initially cancelled as they did not receive my NCD even though I had proof that I had sent it twice. I tried to call on Saturday only to find the department was open Mon-Fri. This caused a lot of stress as I was unable to drive my car. On the positive side they sorted out on Monday and got my insurance all set up again. My suggestion would be weekend opening hours and a bit more communication (perhaps by email or phone as well as letter) when asking for further information.”

“have a look at the file and see what happened, cancelled my policy, debited my account £900 numerous phone calls, on hold for 30 mins each time, over an hour on the phone.”
