“Received my renewal quote, phoned asking for reduction as price had increased too much but was still given too high in comparison to your competitors. Check on web and you quoted a saving of over £40.00 so purchased. Why this was not offered in the renewal notice nor offered when I phoned is most dissapointing. I have been a long standing customer with you both with motor and house insurance and would hope to get the best price without going to others.”
